You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

In 3 different rooms (suites) there was a very strong musky smell of mould/damp. Staff member was helpful in moving us rooms and dealt with the issue with professionalism. Settled with the 3rd room but still a smell of mould. Mattress was extremely soft.

No notice that the construction site next door would start at 7am every day. Only two bath towels for a 4 day stay meant wet towels if you showered twice a day, could have used the dryer however, air con stopped working one night making it unbearably hot.
Location great, staff were friendly, pool was great, room was clean.

Bed was very soft and uncomfortable. Room quite dated. Both TVs didnt work in the room.
Rooftop was amazing. Great views both of the ocean and river side along with a wonderful spa. Common swimming pool and spa also well maintained with great sunshine. Car park super easy access to reception and rooms. Check in and out experiences were crazy efficient - loved it.

Shower, furnitures and a few other things were a bit outdated.
Good facilities, good parking and nice rooftop pool in the penthouse suite. Nice and quiet.

Some rooms are slightly out of date. But other than that there is nothing at all to complain about !
Great location, Can pretty much walk to anywhere in the main part of Noosa. Reception were excellent, providing great customer service.

Found a live cockroach in the dishwasher after we had cooked a meal. Put us off using any of the kitchen utensils in the property after that.

Bbq area was not as good as next door. No shade over hot tub, bbq was not as good as other rooms. No lolabout lounge chairs like other rooms. Very ordinary rooms for the money..

The penthouse we stayed in needs to be better cleaned. Floors were dirty. Shower was mouldy and the split cycle air conditioner was not only noisy but was filthy. That hasnt been cleaned in months!. We arent allowed into these places until 2pm and are asked to vacate at 10am so please start doing some proper cleans!!! 😐
Great location across the road from bottleshop and pub. Walking distance to Hastings St. Pool was awesome. Overall a great place to stay.✌️😊

It didn’t feel clean. The floors felt dusty and our feet were dirty from walking on them when we had only been there for a little while. The outside of our room had leaves and palms and some rubbish floating around. I understand that we did arrive on a very rainy, stormy day but the pavers were also unclean and need a good pressure wash. Parts of the room were mouldy and the walls in the toilet were dirty as well. The doors to the bathroom had a massive gap down the middle and to the side which made showering a bit uncomfortable.
Great location, only a short walk to the main street. It was nice not being right in the busy hustle and bustle. The room was big and spacious. An onsite cafe was convenient and a large swimming pool that was at a great temperature. Staff were friendly as well. Convenient undercover parking with plenty of room.

They advertised a cafe but it was still under construction. Also the room was strangely configured, couldn’t watch tv from bed and was uncomfortable
