We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaIt’s expensive but that’s Hamilton island. The only real gripe we had was the lack of options to get to the airport for our return flight. We had no checkin luggage and it was domestic so no need for us to get there more than 45-60 mins before our flight but the bus drop off got us there more than 2 hours before (plus our flight ended up being delayed) so wasted some time and was uncomfortable. No other options as you can’t drop off the buggies you’ve hired at the airport, the walk in the heat (while short) was too much for someone who is pregnant, and the ferry option didn’t work out time wise and is expensive. Would be great, given it’s a very short transfer, if there were more options for that return journey.
It was very clean and modern - easy to get from the airport to checkin and then onto our rooms. Close to the free bus, buggy hire, pools and the beach.

ItalyAbsolutely unacceptable the quality level for food. We tried all restaurants (a part the ones not allowed for children) and the food was absolutely under the minimum requirements. The breakfast was cheesy and the level of cleanliness approximate.
The position is great and also the structure in terms of rooms and some commune space like swimming pools, beaches or shops. Very good the free shuttle bus (every 10 minutes).
