Francine was attentive, welcoming & kind from the time of booking until even after we left. I mentioned briefly upon booking that we were visiting to celebrate my friends 25th birthday & Francine arranged a gift basket to celebrate & truly played a huge role in making the weekend that bit more special. Francine went beyond her role to show genuine care and interest to ensure we had the best time possible. I cannot thank her enough. We loved our stay!

Excellent and awesome sea view and all we needed to make our stay comfortable and unforgettable. Quiet location and would definitely recommend a stay here. Francine and Paul are friendly and helpful hosts. We will definitely be back.

The leather couch had some wear and tear with the leather being split making it comfortable to sit on.

The manager was very welcoming upon arrival, ensuring we were comfortable with the room and even guided us to our car parks ect. A nice welcome box full of treats were in the fridge. The view is phenomenal and the kitchen had everything you need. A 20 minute walk along the ocean to the main strip of Airlie or a few minute car drive. Will definitely be returning next time we’re in Airlie. Thanks so much for providing a relaxing weekend away.

Fantastic gated location with secure parking. Fran was awesome to accommodate us for a late check in and is super friendly. The grounds and room was nice and clean.

I could not fault the property at all. The only downside I would say, is that it is a fair walk into town/lagoon (about 23 mins) which can be tough with young kids but we enjoyed the slow walk along the boardwalk, and if we were tired the taxis were great if needed otherwise we just made sure we took our pram. There’s a few cafes/restaurants nearby to the property also if you don’t want to walk all the way to town!

The property was fully equipped with all amenities and everything was so clean and comfortable. We have young children and it was great that everything we needed was there. The views were amazing also. We really enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was amazing. Big, spacious and everything you need. Pool was lovely and clean and perfect on a hot day and location is just a short stroll to everything Airlie has to offer.

It was absolutely stunning! The views were phenomenal, it was so close to Airlie Beach town and the managers at the property were so accommodating!

Wifi was playing up but we were warned about it.

Paul and Fran are very welcoming on arrival and the facility is a credit to them.Our room a 3 bedroom was stunning overlooking the marina with the turtles swimming past a nice touch.The room was large and the grand kids loved the chocolates and games.

It wasn’t as close to the shops and cafes/restaurants as we had hoped. It was a 2km walk there and back to the lagoon which after 5 days was a bit of a long walk. If wanting to be close to the lagoon and the heart of Airlie it isn’t an ideal location. Also no gym on site or restaurant/cafe.

Very little to complain about! If I’m going to be pedantic, the aircon in the main bedroom needs servicing as it was making an unusual noise.

Magnificent 5 star resort! The apartment and views were next level. Massive balcony overlooking the stunning marina, with 2 seperate sitting areas. Huge apartment, which had actually been transformed from a 2 brm to 3 brm by converting the study area. Just far enough out of town to be able to enjoy the solitude, but close enough to drive or even walk into the heart of Airlie Beach. Highly recommend this property, I didn’t want to leave.

We had an apartment that was modified for a disabled owner. The shower situation wasn't ideal as the water ended up all over the floor making a wet mess. The location is nice overlooking the marina, but it is a fair walk to the main town - 30 minutes, which we got a little sick of and ended up catching a taxi a few times. Great if you are just hanging around resort but not ideal if you want to be close to the action. The marina does have a few limited shops and cafes closer. The pool area is rather small.

We had a 3 bedroom apartment on the ground floor which was very spacious! The caretakers were very helpful in suggesting where to eat etc.

The second bathroom needs an extractor fan but that would be a minor complaint as the rest of the apartment Is outstanding!

Absolutely gorgeous property. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with a breathtaking view over the harbor. Apartment facilities were brilliant and Paul and Francine could not have been more pleasant and helpful! Overall a wonderful experience!
