Not so fussed on shower curtain versus a fixed screen....it makes the bathroom experience a little messy.

Room on the ground floor was super convenient for luggage handling and the room itself had window views to internal garden.

Maybe warn us about the free car parking is very limited. If there is a need you can offer a fees of $22 for car parking.

No biscuits with coffee and tea. No shower cap. No instructions for wifi. A $200 deposit on room has not been credited back after three days.

Big clean room, bath, and bed. Good coffee and tea facilities. Good selection of TV channels. Good soaps and hair products. Comfortable bed.

The bed is a bit too soft for my back.

The location is easily access to the city center, restaurants, and supermarkets with walking distance. The room is very clean and include all necessary room equipment, I like that i can make my coffee.

The bed is very uncomfortable. It's too soft springy, when one person move even a little bit, the whole bed shake. Some amenities like toothbrush and 2nd pair of slippers need to be requested at receptionist.

The bedroom and bathroom is very clean. Wallpaper and furniture designs are very pleasant and artistic. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. It's located quite central and has free street parking on weekends.

I would like to have been able to open my window for some fresh air. The bathroom was clean but a little tired and worn. And the silly little espresso coffee cups were annoying - you can't make a cup of tea or a normal cup of coffee in them.

The room and bed were very comfortable. I like the precinct and the outdoor area - much nicer than a corporate type of hotel. I also like the old Canberra buildings. Staff were lovely and very accommodating.

Bathroom essentials like shower cap, extra couple of towels No where to hang towels to dry or wet facecloths Chair at desk was not ideal for working, unpractical Air con was very noisy We ordered a simple bowl of hot chips but it was absolutely terrible, burnt and dried

Room a bit dated but comfortable. Location is perfect for NYE fireworks and as a base for touristy destinations. Bed was super comfy and cosy.

Staff did not really know how to guide people. We asked for recommendations to do. Nothing, We aslef when breakfast is served. They said: i think at 7.00. It started at 6.30

The room we were booked into had a plumbing Issue and the bathroom drains were blocked. The staff very quickly found us another room and handled the situation well.

I was staying in Room 111 which is at ground level. Outside the room in the garden beds there was a lot of rubbish. This was a disappointing discovery and one I couldnt avoid if the curtains were open. It needs to be addressed on a daily basis.

The food served at the bar was very good and the atmosphere there was welcoming, intimate and cosy. The lighting in the bar area was just right.

Bed Bathroom lighting very poor

Room fine for one person but would not have worked well for a couple. Lighting in bathroom was inadequate. Great fun location, even better when light rail works completed. Bed disappointing, not particularly comfortable

Lighting was a bit too soft in the bathroom - I found it a bit difficult using the mirror to shave. Also we had trouble with the clicker getting from the garage back to the hotel.

Location was great for us as we were attending a wedding in the botanical gardens and reception at monster.

Parking is not free. Breakfast was quite expensive for what it was. And the accommodation was quite expensive. But Canberra is an expensive town, so you have to expect that. Overall we were very pleased with the accommodation and service.

Our room was, large, comfortable, clean and very quiet. The bed was comfortable. The location is excellent, close to the centre of town as well as to the university. Staff were friendly.. Breakfast was pretty good. The buffet selection was not huge, but it was varied and of high quality. The breakfast plan we were on included one cooked item as well as the cold buffet.

lovely room and decor (I loved the velvet curtains and ceiling wallpaper) quiet and peaceful comfortable bed and the doona was not too heavy/hot. (sheets are good!) ideal location close to Uni and the Lake. adaptive reuse of the old building, natural light/window in the bathroom professional, friendly, helpful staff being able to turn off the a/c at night
