Location was good for me and my dog, nice and quiet but you could still walk to town if you wish. Large courtyard for my Doggo to explore and stretch his legs, also large undercover patio.

The weather was a bit hot.

It is a great place to have a bit of serenity, It was I must say a comfortable and pleasant stay, will do again. I liked the natural vibe the of the place was relaxing.

A proper Port Douglas place. Loads of space, nice pool, friendly staff. One of the best resorts.

The room was very large and had a beautiful outdoor shower as well as indoor shower. Nice private sitting areas outside room. Communal pool was also lovely. Clean and just the right temp for the humid weather in Port Douglas. Just a cute place to stay.

Not aware of anything to improve our stay

The facilities for our dog were excellent. the pool area was delightful and very private. The location was perfect with only a short walk to the beach and cafe's. Easy access and parking

Quite a walk into town.

Rooms were fantastic, spacious and loved the unique features like the outside shower and hammock. Pool was warm and appreciated the honesty bar. Very helpful and friendly staff.

My husband and I loved the property, much color everywhere, the location is amazing, and 20 min a walk to Port Douglas Centre. Sam was very kind to us and he gave us a lot of information about where to go and what to visit in the surroundings.

Unrelated to the property: The people in the neighboring bungalow left their dogs locked inside and they were crying the entire day.

Plants and pool area with shared BBQ and trust-based bar are very nice and relaxing! There is table tenis and board games. Everything that is listed is available (even the outdoor bath was functional). Overall we had a great stay and would recommend this location :)

Needs a really good clean, dusty in areas and the kitchen area needs updating. Utensils draw stank and dirty.

Nice spot, 20 min walk to the main area with resturants etc. Uncomfortable bed, large studio room with kitchen, shower and toilet. I would recommend it but slightly run down and needs a good clean/make over. Very relaxing, lovely pool and peaceful. Nice private space.

Should have booked longer

If you want to just relax please stay here from opening our villa door I don't think I have been more impressed pool, selection of DVDs to choose from great host plenty of little things for our room. 15 minutes by foot to restaurants great food.

Nothing about the resort, the backpackers next door across the road did get a bit loud at times

Friendly welcome, beautiful gardens, good pool, comfortable beds, enjoyed the hammock, plenty of space in the villa, used the library for books and DVDs. Loved the decor and the private courtyard with the outdoor bath and shower. There is a good sized indoor shower as well. For me especially a teapot as well as coffee pot. Walking distance to the beach and about a 25 minute walk to town.

Be careful with the lazy susan cupboard door. Due to no gap between the door and the floor, you can potentially stub your toe.

You can tell from the way things are set up, these guys are very thoughtful. It was a great stay.
