Tried to cancel/move our accommodation a day before arriving because they wanted to make more money and wanted to offer the room for longer stays of 3+ days. Wasn't until I advised them that I had stayed at their hotel due to the location being so close to my sisters and I was 8+months pregnant that they let us keep our room. Was very annoyed about the last minute change which would not have suited our plans but thank fully Vesh, Ended up saying we could keep our booking.

No dish cloth or face washers available. Was told to just use tissues to wipe up any spills. TVs were tiny, not smart and only had about 4 channels working (all Ten network only). Bathroom fan didn't work and was very noisy if the outside doors were opened as directly facing and quite close to highway.

Location across the road from Knox Westfield was convenient. A good size room. Wasn't too noisy inside the hotel. Limited but ok gym (lots of free weights missing but has a treadmill and multifunction weights magic).

Mattress was saggy in the middle of each side of the bed. Wasnt comfortable Spa didnt work although I don;t recall asking for one. Would have been a pleasant surprise.

Blinds/carpet/walls, just need a deep clean, blinds in one room smelt of cigarette smoke when rolled down.

The room was tidy but needed some extra cleaning done. The decor was older than I expected. It had 2 block out blinds and the 2nd blind had a dirty stain on it. The wall looked like they had been wiped but had a stains that were very noticeable. The room just needs a little extra attention. No complimentary water and the coffee machine, which was a nice feature, had no instructions and when using was surprised at the short coffee selection the water was luke warm. There were still used coffee pods in the machine. Also, noticed that no spare toilet rolls were supplied in room and as the reception was not 24 hours it may be beneficial that they have essential items on hand. Overall we only spent one night so was okay if you aren't very fussy.

None of the lights worked in the living area (about 3 of them) so had to use the kitchen light. The bed was not good to sleep on, it was really caved in the middle I woke up with a sore back due to how uncomfortable it was.

The dual room was great, kitchen was good and bathroom in each room. Staff were really nice upon arrival.

The extraction fan in my room wasnt working, which left my room damp if the balcony door wasnt left open permanently. Wifi here was also not usable, at best 0.23mbps down and even that frequetly dropped.

All in all decent stay, staff were friendly and accomodating. Had to take a place here on incredibly short notice, and I really appreciated the staff helpfulness.
