THe facility was a wonderfully converted old building. Extremely comfortable and very central to downtown Melbourne. Parkinbg wass very handy and reasonably priced.

as someone with a disability, the shower being in a bath was extremely difficult to access, also hated that you have no real option other to watch yourself in the mirror whilst showering. cleaner also didn’t come back when she said she would be.

No block out curtain. With people able to see in at night with lights on. Crane driver was at our windows level with works next door.

Carpet was very loose and lumpy. A lot of glassware had been broken and not replaced. Not a fill set of cutlery. Considering 4 days of public holidays. Not enough toilet paper, tea, coffee and milk. Had to chase it up. Not enough bin liners to last the holiday. I found the staff most helpful from reception to cleaning staff. We booked a walk in shower and received a spar bath. Unable to take a shower. Age 73 and 78 with bad knees and hips. Young lass on reception was most helpful next morning and changed our room.

The bathroom was a little outdated and not cleaned to a great standard but honestly given how happy I was with everything else, I wasn’t to bothered by it

The accommodation was very well equipped and comfortable, great location with fantastic staff. Amazing value for what you get, apartment was fairly modern with a cozy feel.

The shower is over the bath, but a suction mat and wall handle are supplied, so I felt safe enough.

The location was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable. Having the kitchen/dining area was very convenient. We liked the vibe of the space and I am always keen to support adaptive re-use of old buildings. There are lots of eat-in and takeaway places nearby and all of the attractions we wanted to visit were easy to get to from here.

Construction that's still occurring a year later. Ear plugs are offered, but I didn't notice them sitting on the check in counter until I was checking out. Would've been helpful if someone had pointed them out on check in, before being woken up by loud machinery.

Rooms are modern, clean, very spacious and provide kitchen amenities. We have stayed here when attending concerts at the MCG due the proximity and ability to walk home afterwards.

I thought it could have been a bit cleaner than it was but i'm saying that it was good standard. Stayed with family of 5 but only utensils crockery for 4.

Location was brillant, easy to find. The space inside our apartment was really good as well. It wasn't cramped or small. Great to have a proper coffee maker in the kitchen.

Kitchen could have been stocked better- It would have been nice to have more glassware- tumblers for water, red / white wine glasses, flutes for champage, tumblers for mixed drinks..Also a platter / cheeseboard, some cheese knives. Get them from the op shop ! So cheap and it was just that little attention to detail that was missing. Also, - need to cater for the coffeeholics ! we had to ask for more coffee pods !

The look, feel and vibe were just gorgeous- we loved the aesthetics of the Industrial style, the exposed concrete, the way the lights were secured on a cable- floating... some places think "Industrial design" means rough, sloppy finishes- we were impressed.

The view from my room was over construction work. The noise from this works only had a minimal effect on my stay.

Apartment was in a great location for different trams and also walking distance to many attractions. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly.
