Free shuttle bus would be a good change, as every other airport hotel I stay at, which is often and many working FIFO, this is the only one I’ve been charged for

My last stay in as below average, this time , 10/10 for service and the restaurant has finally picked up their game and chips are not an optional extra , included with the meal , very happy to see ! Emily at the reception was lovely, very polite and helpful … overall exceeded my expectations after the last time I stayed …. Thankyou

There were bright lights outside. Due to gaps in the blinds and curtains, these lit up the room at night. The bed was a bit soft.

Clean and comfortable place to stay, within view of the airport. There is a restaurant on site, although we couldn't find a menu.

We bought the breakfast for $20 p/p…. Big mistake! We ordered our bacon, eggs, beans and were told “ I will go cook it now”. Made ourselves a cup of coffee & looked for cereal … was walking back to table, no more than 3 mins and she arrived with our two breakfasts……. ABSOLUTELY STONE COLD. The bacon was stuck to the plate the meal was so cold. So disgusted… a waste of $40 and not a good start to holiday. We waited for five minutes to ask for hot meal and left in disgust.

Nothing really. The staff was very nice and the place is very convenient, near the airport. A couple of free water bottle would be welcome like ather hotels do.

The room was nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The restaurant was very good! There is a shuttle bus at 4h50am to catch the 6am planr to Melbourne.

It was my 3rd stay there in 3 weeks and I scored 3/3 for large hole / ripped curtains in 3 different rooms. Pointed it out to reception after stay 1 and stay 2 and was told they might get replaced next year!????? Blinds are a bit shabby at the sides but the curtains were in such a poor state that someone had stapled one of the rips. Just disappointing and lets down a really neat little airport hotel.

Just up the road from the airport so very convenient. Easy check in / out. Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Clean. Cheap $5 night parking. Bought nice wine from reception. Wish they had room service.

Perfect location for short stays near the airport, easy to find, clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent, very helpful and attentive. Excellent restaurant for dinner.

The shuttle is $10/person. Cheaper with Uber or Taxi.

The hotel is good value, convenient and comfortable. Second time staying there and the rooms facing the road were noisier than those facing over the car park. Breakfast not worth it for us but did buy a coffee.

Despite the fact I mentioned I was not staying, my parents were, and it was pay on arrival, my parents were given a bit of a hard time on checkin by the front counter staff. They were told that I needed to be there for checkin, even though I wasn't staying. Unsure why but they did get past eventually.

Their shuttle service is not working at the moment. It’s a 30 minute walk on the road or a 5 minute drive. It was $10AUD per person to get a ride one way to the airport which is annoying considering the point of staying here is that it is close to the airport. They also charge for parking. Also if you want fast wifi you need to pay extra, that seems cheap in this day and age.
