Smooth check in with efficient and friendly staff. Clean rooms that were very comfortable. It had everything we needed. Would recommend it as a place to stay.

We had a little struggle with getting our rooms serviced on the first day. So that was a bit of an issue but that would probably be the case with the Easter weekend. Secondly our room had a very high tub in the shower which was a definitely hazard for children and elder family members. Would recommend requesting a room with a shower stall instead.

The property was spacious, bright with a lot of activities for youngsters and kids. We were really well taken care of by the Inn Manager Amar. She was superb in taking care of us and helping plan an impromptu birthday dinner. It was tremendous how much support we had.

Used milk from a previous stay, a coffee machine without coffee, so what is the point of a coffee machine? I could have used the floor towel for a rag it was very well used.

Perfect location, nice and quite BUT the restaurant was closed as they had staffing issues.

The problem with motels is that they are next to a road (obviously) and thus tend to be noisy at night. It's not the case of the Quality Inn. It's spacious, we had even a nice lawn next to our room. The bathroom is fine, everything is clean, beds are comfortable. We would definitely come back.

Mini bar available would have been good. It was a long way from the middle of town, so without the restaurant available this was a bit of a pain.

Disappointed the restaurant wasn't operating and so no breakfast or tea option.

The accommodation didn't have our booking! Upon arrival, they told us the Booking.com app had not passed on our booking confirmation to the hotel and therefore no room reserved for us... after being on the road for over 12hr, i wasnt impressed with Booking.com to say the least!

Just the sofa, its not fit for purpose at all, i nearly broke my back when i sat on it as the metal support has pushed through the padding, i notified reception, that was the only downside as other guests must have noticed this too, its bad.

staff always amazing and remember me which is nice, apartments are great and beds super comfortable. Pool and tennis courts are a bonus and kids loved them. Staying there again in 2 weeks.

The restaurant was closed, I booked there as we needed to have breakfast there each morning before my children attended the water polo tournament in town. I went to woolies and purchased English Muffins, crumpets, butter and spreads to go on them (as I saw there was a toaster and microwave in the room) only to find there was no plates or cutlery to be able to use and make our own breakfast!

The room was clean and inviting. The pool area was fantastic to relax around after hot days.

Swimming Pool

the ad showed the swimming pool but the pool was actually really dirty and there were insects in their. So It was not clean but the property and the lady at the front were really helpful and I really recommend this place to everyone

Didn't have breakfast ,but dined at the restaurant for dinner.The chef was friendly & the meal was absolutely scrumptious,he done an excellent job & the price was great
