We arrived early at the accommodation but the receptionist contacted housekeeping and they confirmed the room was ready. So we could park our car in their secure underground carpark and use the room. The apartment was very clean and very well laid out. The washing machine was really useful. The accommodation is near to Kings Park. All the staff we met were friendly.

it was on a quiet street and there was no nearby convenience stores. There was only a small cafe about 5 min walk, the other cafes and restaurants were a further 10 min walk. I didn't mind walking anyway. It would be good if there was a vendo machine on site for softdrinks or juices.

the apartment was big and it was serviced daily. There was foxtel so we can watch a lot of movies. The apartment was located in a quiet area, just next to Subiaco. The kitchen was complete, with microwave, dishwasher, toaster, though we didn't actually cook. The lounge was airconditioned but the rooms weren't, although if you keep the door open the cool air from the lounge would come into the rooms and the rooms had ceiling fans anyway.

Not much to fault really and we enjoyed ourselves.

Conveniently close to the city with good public transport nearby. Public transport is free between West Perth and the City of Perth highlighting the location of these apartments. Parking was available at a cost.

The location was near free public transport and near where we needed to go and near food. The apartment had everything we needed.

Just a little underwhelmed for money paid when we arrived. Really no problems though.

The unit description specifies that it has a fully equipped kitchen which I suppose is theoretically correct as long as you are content with minimal cooking such as making toast or heating up premade meals in the microwave as there is a very limited range of dishes and cooking utensils and the "dining" table is tiny even though there is plenty of room for a bigger one. The sofa was smelly and marked. The shower was a bit of a lottery - some days it ran OK and other days the water pressure and temperature variations made it difficult to have a relaxing shower.

The unit itself was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful

It was unfortunate that repairs were taking place to an outdoor deck area below our unit, the jack hammering from 7am was not appreciated. Also an electrical quirk where the bathroom fans were either both on or off with the lights was ridiculous. This meant being awoken by someone using the other bathroom in the night, solution going in the dark, not safe or sensible.

The unit was well set up for 2 people having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, There was also a deck area with appropriate furniture. Well appointed kitchen area and comfortable seating and large TV. Washer and dryer were appreciated. Good location and onsite carparking was provided.

Some work occurring on the property, so Jack hammers rather noisy. We were high up so noise didn’t interfere too much in the apartment.

Perhaps the only suggestion could be to provide more tea, sugar and milk as there were 3 of us staying at the accomodation.

We loved the location and close proximity to the CBD and Subiaco. Facilites were excellent and beds were very comfortable. Loved the Tim tams and biscuits provided - very nice touch! Very handy that we were provided with 2 free parking spots right outside the accommodation.

difficult to deal with late check ins as I couldn’t get into the parking spot I had prearranged without a special fob that they didn’t give me. it was expensive but given that it’s a huge city probably the going rate.

Could do with extra bin liners over public holiday period. Water cuts in and out while showering. Toilet in ensuite room 404 was leaking at back.
