How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Not much, though comparing prices with other places in the area shows this resort at the higher end.

Ant infestation in the kitchen. We had to request maintenance to come and assist which they did so promptly and we didn’t have any further issues. We assumed not putting our “no service required” sign on the door meant our room would be cleaned but this wasn’t the case (despite the cleaning team being in our area on the day we went out all day). We had to request fresh towels and then the following day they cleaned the room. We also had friends who stayed 5 nights and also didn’t get their room cleaned. They could benefit from a food menu change throughout the week. Maybe a “specials” board as they only have on restaurant. Diverse evening entertainment would be great too. Hire car - one doesn’t have a working middle seatbelt, one of the booster seats has almost no padding so could use an upgrade. There was also a “known fault” with the car we took out which didn’t make us feel easy about taking it out.
Incredible facilities for rainy days. Games room and soft play area. Free pool safety vest hire. Onsite bar and restaurant. Highly recommend the pizzas and the pork belly salad. Large breakfast service. The shuttle bus.

Car parks are not allocated and there were often no spots at all near our room.
Fantastic resort for families, our kids loved the waterpark and games room. Staff were all so lovely and accomodating. Room was large and clean. Very handy having a shuttle to Hastings St.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.
We can’t fault RACV Noosa. It was the best place for us to stay as a family. The staff were so lovely and always did their very best to make sure we had everything we needed. Always with a big smile and happy to help us.

Very nice resort. Great location, with a shuttle bus every 30 minutes to Hastings Street. Staff were lovely and the amenities were good

Power went out for a short time during the stay and there wasn't any compensation for this .

If I had to find something not to like it would be the stairs up to the apartment but that’s just clutching at straws to find something wrong!! Really can’t fault it.
Everything! The apartment itself was ideal for us as a family and very spacious. We loved being on a single level. The pool facilities at the resort are perfect for our young children and the shuttle bus was very efficient!

The only small issue we had was the air conditioning turned off over night and it couldn’t be put on a continuous cycle. For 28 degree nights the air conditioning is a must for us for a comfortable stay so I didn’t sleep well sadly.
Beautiful resort, the facilities and the service is as good as it gets for what you pay. Perfect place for a family to stay and for friend groups, there’s something for everyone. The staff were top tier with their service throughout our stay and we always felt accommodated everywhere we went.

The location is a little bit out of town and you generally need to use a car for most things outside of the resort.
The accommodation was beautifully presented. The facilities are excellent.

One minor thing, there were no street lights where EV chargers are, so additional lights there would be great.
The location is great, rooms are spacious. The complex have 4 EV chargers. I topped up overnight. It is very convenient.
