눉I didn't like the steps going up into the hotel . I had a heavy case and staff can't see you as you approach because the desk is some distance from the door . I had to carry a case weighing 23 kilos up the steps though I know staff would have been glad to help , but their desk is high up and as I said , far from the door . They may not be able to see us coming . I didn't like not having air con instructions to hand - having some on the table for foreigners would be good . We come to OZ for the great weather , get i to a room that's too cold because of the air con setting and then have to work out or get help altering the temperature . I didn't like not having a chocolate or packet of biscuits available with the tea - I had to buy a Mars bar from the mini bar which was more than I wanted to eat or pay for . I didn't like not having a lamp in the main room . I didn't like not having a seperate shower and the bath was too small to lie down in . It would be good to list rooms with seperate showers if you have them - ( perhaps you do and I just couldn't see them in the advertised details ).
눇I travel from the UK both for pleasure and for business.I love the fact that you are open 24 hours so it doesn't matter when my plane gets in . I like the fact that you are opposite the train station and that there is a lift to ground level. I like the fact that there was tea in the room - after along flight from the UK via Singapore , I was tired and not feeling up to a meal but a little packet of biscuits or a chocolate would have been nice .I liked the fact that Reception were able to print out my plane ticket ready for the next day . I liked the fact that the guy on reception came and showed me how to adjust the air conditioning .I liked the fact that the staff were extremely courteous and helpful at all times . They were appropriately formal - I was called Ma'am , but equally when I asked the best way to get good deals if I wanted to hook again , I was told clearly the best deals could be given to me over the phone . I would like to know if you have cheaper deals on perhaps slightly smaller rooms for example . I did not go in but was impressed to see you had a Restaurant . I like the questions you asked visitors - do you employ 'mystery ' guests to maintain your standards ? I was impressed and I like your questions .
