You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Wonderful location with views over the sea (although this does not apply to all units there). Very clean and well-appointed. Plenty of restaurants/takeaways in close proximity.

AustraliaThe location and cleanliness was really good. The shower wasn't 100% working when we arrived but the staff dealt with it extremely quickly and sorted it via maintenance with consultation while we were out and about which was perfect. A few other items missing in the bathroom such as no towel rails and hand towel hook do need installation, as this was a problem with 4 of us in the 2 bedroom unit - but overall the stay was really enjoyable and we would stay here again.

AustraliaRequested lower floor unit but were allocated top floor. No lifts made it difficult for 88 year old mother. Also no milk in kitchen. Only two towels provided. On a positive note, when staff were notified we had milk and extra towels immediately. Nothing they could do about the room allocation.

AustraliaThe fridge was on its last legs. Outdoor furniture was lacking. The first day we were woken to a pressure washer cleaning the property. The next couple of days was a jackhammer next door but what can you do. The carpark was very difficult to drive in and out of and was open to the elements so the water cleaning threw mud all over our car.
Staff lovely and helpful. Property had all we needed and right next door to restaurant. Our room was overlooking the bay.
