You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Was a bit disappointed that the rooms we stayed in were classed as bungalows, But had staircase. Choose to stay in bungalows because we had younger children. So was very hard trying to constantly stop them from trying to climb the stairs

Floors in the bungalow although looked clean probably could've done with a mop. Feet were black after walking around the room barefoot.
The accomodation was lovely - comfortable beds, loved the kitchen and laundry facilities. Pools, spa and gym were beautiful.

The possums in the roof running around every single night. If you are alight sleeper pack earplugs.
Great size bungalow for a family of 5. Children loved the heated pool open until 9pm.

We arrived after our check in and our room wasnt ready. The staff behind desk wasnt very helpful in providing somewhere we could wait. Wouldnt let us drive in until our room was ready so were stuck in limbo after a long drive there. Didn't offer much of an apology. I asked for a later checkout the lady seemed annoyed but gave me a poor 30min extension. The lights outside the room were so bright. Need better window coverings

Apartment was outdated, lots of little things wrong , door handles broken, few other little things, not worth the money paid, have stayed in nicer in Busselton, but it was quiet and the location was great.
Location was great, 100m from the beach, restaurant next door, small shopping complex in walking distance, with cafe that makes the best coffee and cakes. Swimming pools are fantastic.

The loft had no toilet upstairs and door would have been nice. Washing machine was there but no pegs to hang anything on the line

We were very disappointed about the cleanliness of the floors in our bungalow though. We didn’t bother asking for cleaning them because they were so sticky and dirty like they weren’t cleaned for ages and we were there only for a short period so didn’t want to waste time. So we just made sure everyone wore shoes the whole time.
We enjoyed the vibe of the place. It felt like being in a little holiday village. The swimming pools were great for the kids. The staff at the reception were very nice.

The amenities were great, along with location. The bungalow was a generous size with a nice outdoor area. There is plenty of kitchen equipment if you decide to cook. Our only complaint would be the downstairs double bedroom has a very musty smell, making it hard to sleep in. 😴

We loved everything and it was clean in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. Only downside was the floor wasn’t clean so our feet would go black within an hour. Needs a good deep clean (cobwebs on ceilings etc). Perhaps we’re a little picky with the $400 price point per night, but those deep cleaning elements were our only disappointment. You want to feel like you’re in a well looked after & cared for place!
Such a great and quiet spot for small families. We loved the restaurant next door and the walking/bike track was fantastic. The beach was wonderful and a short drive into Busselton was exactly what we wanted. Great location for us to unwind! The pool was fantastic.

Games room for kids great idea. But most the games didn’t work and just took money without having a game. Indoor pool area is a little dirty clumps of hair on the floor. No aircon working in squash court. 3 bedroom villa unfurnished and all we needed but needed some love and care to upgrade.
