We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaIt's not really the fault of the property but the only way in an out is by car - there's not train stop or easy bus route to the city - changes etc are difficult for people not used to a strange city transport systems. It's central but not in the center of Sydney but the value out weighs this aspect for us.
This is our third visit to this hotel. We continue to come back because of the value for money, comfort and location. The rooms are well appointed, clean and close to supermarkets, restaurants and an easy Uber ride to all the attractions in Sydney.

United KingdomAs a traveller without transport, it is necessary to book taxis if you have luggage as it's quite a walk from Green Square station. Also many taxis won't take young children due to lack of child seats. So choose a more convenient hotel location if this applies to you.

PolandIt was little bit far from city, it takes around 30 minutes with bus to get to opera and circular quay. But buses are there so it is just matter of time.

AustraliaMain air con wasn't working on the day (bedroom split systems worked well though and kept the whole apartment cool, so we didn't mention it to staff until we left). Dishwasher worked fine but was not retained in its cavity well, needs maintenance to remedy this. Staycast would only work with my laptop, couldn't stream 3 different android phones to it successfully (paired, but could not stream). Overall these were all very minor issues and did not detract from our stay at all.

United States of AmericaThe pool was chilly and the spa pool was tepid. One of the two lifts was out-of-order in the block we stayed in, which I’ve come to expect from Meriton. We’ve stayed at the one in Bondi Junction 3 times, and on each occasion 1 of the 3 lifts were out of order. Also, the housekeeping staff use the lifts as well, so it can make for long wait times
