You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

AustraliaWe had the second floor apartment- there was no lift and I had to carry the heavy luggage up the stairs with my ankles hurting. When I asked for a room at the lower level unfortunately, they weren't able to accommodate. Last time when we visited, there was also some free tokens for the kids to play in the games room but this time there wasn't.
The furniture is becoming old because we visited the resort about 5-6 years ago and the furniture was still similar. The breakfast was good but a bit pricey. I didn't expect kids under 12 years to be charged but they we still had to pay. Overall the stay was good. Just the buffet breakfast was too pricey when my wife and kids only eat very little and there was only few gluten free options for my wife. The furniture needs some up keeping.

The facilities are amazing with awesome happy hour cocktails and $1 happy hour chicken wings! Yum! We've been coming here for years and will continue to keep going :)

AustraliaThe noisy people staying in the house above ours. One could hear every movement and we got woken up early. An adults only pool would be amazing. Too many screaming children in the pool.
Enjoy the spaciousness of the houses, away from others. Nice view and restaurant. Great pool area with enough lounge chairs for all and umbrellas for shade.

Great facilities and was very suited to the many families visiting, whilst not impacting on couples also visiting. Has a warm welcome vibe when you drive into resort.

Fantastic location with great views and very relaxing outlook over the water. Pools were perfect and the 1 bedroom apartment had everything we needed for a great stay. Would recommend

Switzerland-We had several power outtakes, it seemed as the aircondition, shower and washing machine was to much in all. However staff helped to make it run again. -Poor Wifi -attitude of the staff members pretty different. Some are very helpful, other were bothered by every question we had. Should be improved.
