No parking although parking was offered. Had to leave the property at 6 50am to move our car (from where we were advised to park) to avoid a fine/tow although we weren’t required to check out until 10am.

Good location and large room. Everything was fairly clean and tidy.

It wasn’t as clean as you’d want - I wiped the table myself and it came off with dirt. There was a merry Christmas sign which could’ve been taken down, and it smelt pretty musty. The carpet as well had stains and a lot of the furniture looked quite old and tatty. The bathroom counter around the sink was stained yellow.

It was easy to check in and out. It was generally very quiet, and it was good for a 2-3 day stay. It had a hob, fridge, kettle, toaster, hairdryer - so it was easy to be self sufficient there. The bed was comfortable and a good size.

On arrival there was a note on the gate about self checkin information veing sent, and it hadn't, however the staff were available after 2pm checkin. Parking is on the street and you need to be aeare that one side is a clearway. The stove top didn't look useable (didn't try it as it didn't look great, slightly unused look). Unfortunately the toilet was leaking and as such constantly flushed. Not sure why, but channel 9 on free to air tv was not available (a shame as we were there to waych tennis and couldn't view it!). The balcony door didn't close properly. Overall clean and tidy, probably a little tired and the price reflects this.

It is an easy walk to the beach and to local cafes. The staff were helpful and accommodating once we arrived. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

Unaware from site information that property had many small different lots of steps to negotiate to reach quieter rooms (which we always request). Would not have booked here if we had known. Lighting in room seemed a bit minimal. Ensuite and kitchenette were basic and functional for an overnight stay but were dark and unappealing for a longer stay. A couple of comfy chairs to sit on would have been welcome.

Room at back was quiet, no traffic noise. Secure property - gated access. Short walking distance to get takeaways. Alex helped with our luggage when he saw I had a mobility issue - thank you.

We arrived late and the Manager kindly set up an extra mattress for my son. I thought this was a cool place .. great location, appreciated the kitchenette in the room. Very fair price. Thank you :)

Unfortunately they carpets had been clean the day of my arrival and the scent of the cleaner gave me a migraine. I was retuned my full price so cannot complain about he service.

Carpets need to be replaced or a good clean , could smell a bit of smoke on outside porch. Overall smell of room could be better.

Good Price and fairly clean, nice that they dropped extra towels half way through our stay. Very basic room and facilities but for the price it was great. Location is excellent. Great street parking especially as it was a weekend.

Parking on the streets outside the property was difficult. Due to the local council set times, day's & local permit zones it can be confusing to decipher what's allowed & what's not 🤔 So park with caution & please be aware you may have to move your vehicle a number of times to abide by the local laws.

The walking proximity to St Kilda Beach, restaurants, pubs, bars & speciality stores, Woolworths & public transport is excellent!! 👍 Security access to our the property & our room was easy. Management & housekeeping were very friendly, approachable & professional. Bed & bedding was clean & comfortable. Hardly any residual noise from the main road & the little court patio was really nice. Very quiet neighbourhood.

Parking! It wasn’t bad but it was limited and if you’re parking along the street you needed to make sure that you remembered the hours when you’re allowed to park on what side.

Was not exactly clean, cobwebs etc in the bathroom. Time for a refresh inside. Never saw any staff or host, listed as a “serviced apartment” but there was no servicing in the three days that we were there. There is no onsite parking, parking is on the street outside if you are lucky, and is restricted by clear ways that are strictly enforced
