Unit 6, Surfers Riverside GENERAL OBSERVATION: Underwhelming for the price of the apartment per night. The interior is dated, needs updating. Needs more detailed cleaning. Sliding Doors are hard to open. Sliding doors and wardrobe tracks need cleaning. Wall clock not working, needs a new battery. The Dryer is broken. KITCHEN: Missing basic necessities in the kitchen like: - the dishwasher is broken - need a dish rack in the kitchen to drip dry the dishes. - Need extra bin liners in the kitchen - Need more drinking glasses, they only had 3! - Need wine glasses and champagne flutes - Need a Salad bowl & serving platter - the mish-mash of utensils. Need a drawer organiser for cooking tools - Need placemats and coasters for glass tables - Not enough cutlery for people staying BATHROOM: - Not enough supply of Soap, Shampoo & Conditioner for the duration of our stay - Not enough toilet rolls for the duration of our stay - Need trash bins in both toilets BEDROOM 1: - ensuite is missing a door - Bed has a tear on the lower mattress, maybe put a bed skirt to cover it - No hangers in the wardrobe - Shower screen get’s stuck BEDROOM 2: - no ceiling fan - The bed spring is poking into your back - Bed has a tear on lower mattress, maybe put a bed skirt to cover it - No hangers in the wardrobe - Door misaligned

The location, proximity to Cavill Avenue and the tram stations. The location of unit 6 having the river view. The secured undercover parking and easy access from the parking to the unit. The massive veranda with outdoor seating. The pool by the riverside. The friendly staff and thorough information from the manager.

The accommodation is very basic, needs a complete modernisation. We did not expect to be in the room we were in, pics sold a river view our view was definitely not that. No aircon in bedrooms

Nice cozy apartment it had everything we needed great location just no cleaning service for the week that we stayed was the only negative comment I can probably say apart from that it was cheapest apartment I found in the surfers paradise area so I can't complain to much. 👌😉

Nothing flash. Very basic. Cleaning could have been better.. small apartment but ok. Quiet location and easy walking distance to Surfers. No key was left out in after hours cupboard and after many phone calls for after hours manager they finally answered. For priced paid ok.

Mattress - please change mattress with medium firm comfortable mattress kitchen & laundry - no dishwashing liquid, peeler and a very noisy dryer Floor carpet - Floor carpets need a steam wash

Master bed was not comfortable. It felt like sagged in the middle. We were rolling toward the center of the bed. We recommend to replate the mattress with a good quality one.

It was very dirty, the cockroaches were all over the kitchen counter, we kept our food and went to grab some stuff upon returning back our food were all surrounded by the small cockroaches. The passage has a stinky smell. The dryer was very filthy, all dusts were coming out also the bathroom is very small to fit in. I am sure big person won’t be able to fit in the bathroom door.

The blind didn't close properly.

I was surprised at how big the apartment was. It was quite clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the pool and the view from the pool area.
