Front of house staff and concierge staff were brilliant, awesome customer service. Breakfast selection was excellent Access to light rail right at the front of the hotel to access all the city was brilliant

You have to pay for internet if you want to stream channels etc we didn't as it's $10 for 24 hours and thought it would have been included especially at the cost already paid for the room. Also the lifts ....there are 4 and when checking out/in especially you can wait up to 20 mins to get in one due to the acuity. Parking if the car park is full you have to park at Wilson car parking next door and height can go as low as 1.7m in places so check the size of your vehicle before hand.

The food was amazing for breakfast and the staff were very friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet with an amazing view of the harbour.

Gym and pool area felt a little lack lustre. The gym had no treadmill which was working and only Peleton bikes which are hard to figure out - you need to register etc - just a pain.

hotel breakfast was good and rooms were nice clean. front desk treatment was very disappointing. our flight reached early and I had requested early check in 2 weeks before. when we reached they said wait for an hr and the room will be ready. I waited for 1 and 1/2 hr and after that they told the room is not ready and just use concierge and we will check in at 3 pm. I was traveling with kids and flight was 15 hrs. not happy with overall how they handled the situation.

room cleanliness needs to be improved, The dust on top of the picture frame in the bathroom was caked in dust, very obvious miss, as the frame is at eye level.

When we arrived we felt reception was understaffed to cope with the high volume of people checking in. Check in was therefore rushed.

A good sized room with a good view of the harbour. Great location and an easy walk to restaurants and bars.

A number of items of gym equipment were broken. The restaurant was expensive for what it was and the cafe was an afterthought

The hotel is well located and has cafe and restaurant on site. There is also an indoor and outdoor gym and a small pool. The room was large enough and all normal facilities were there

The air conditioning wouldn’t work because the filter was SO blocked like they haven’t been serviced in forever (my husband is an aircon tech and checked the filter). The room wasn’t clean at check in. There was scum build up on and around the shower head and someones used ear buds under the bed.

The pool, bar and restaurant area are all great. The facilities outside the room were all clean and great.

The accomodation is a tad tired and could have been a bit cleaner eg the floor needed a good vacuum.Did not like the quality of the breakfast bar. Parking too expensive.

No complimentary water given.this is pretty basi. Even in a third world country there’s free or complimentary bottled water. Step up please!

Went to eat dinner in the bar, 3 people using four tables and no room to sit, finally found a table near the lifts and asked staff could I get a chair which he responded I would have to go an ask at peoples tables and carry it myself!

Please update your bathrooms Novotel. The days of having to take a giant step into the bath tub to have a shower are over! Get rid of the baths and put a shower in please. It's not only very difficult, slippery and so dangerous. Also there was yellow mould in the bathroom, mostly from old age I think!

Great location. Very good bar and great food there too. Comfortable bed.
