The room was rather small, with no microwave (would have been handy for warming baby's bottles) Fine for a night or two.

key cards had issues with the elevators. Everyone we spoke to had trouble getting the cards to register in the elevators to select floor numbers.

lots of guests for concert. staff were super friendly and helpful without getting impatient.

I don’t know if it was because the keycards are designed this way or if I just got a busted one; but at least one of my cards wouldn’t let me go to a different floor when I was trying to go and see my friend who was staying in another room. I kept getting stuck going up and down between floors until someone nice would swipe their card for me and press the right floor button. It happened to me more than twice, even when I used the other card. I was pretty confused.

I got a berry smoothie, pancakes and fruit salad with yogurt for breakfast after my first night and it was lovely! Having breakfast in the late morning with the light coming through the window with the city view in the distance was wonderful.

It was $394 for a king room with breakfast. Parking was $46 a night. A lot in comparison to other sydney hotels however, the convenience of being close the Qudos was the perk. The elevators were temperamental and the cards a lot of the time require multiple swipes to work then you often have to help other guests who have the same issue. The room was basic. Mattress was comfortable, pillows lovely. However, I do stress, the room was very basic, only one little milk in fridge. The fridge was also dripping. The phone plug was faulty and the clip keeping it in actually doesn't click in. TV was also temperamental and remote frequently decided to not work. Size was good with plenty of spaces for luggage and desk area. Bathroom was clean and tidy.

Check in was a quick and simple process. Staff were attentive and helpful. The breakfast was fabulous. Check out was fast and easy.

The room had red stains on the carpet, Bathroom door did not lock properly and the windows couldn’t shut all the way once you open them because the handles we’re not attached proper

Well when I checked out they said I didn’t pay for breakfast when I did straight after eating in the restaurant and had to show my receipt because it was showing on his computer that I didn’t pay 🙁

We suspect the Sydney Royal Easter Show attendees pushed staff's workload to its limit.

Shower ran into bathroom, leaving floor soaking wet. You had to turn the shower head to the wall which didn't leave much room to shower under. Bathroom also needed ventilation.

The food was not great, we got the breakfast, paid $86 and I ate a few pieces of toast and some cereal because the scrambled eggs were cold and not cooked properly
