Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

AustraliaI don’t know if it was because the keycards are designed this way or if I just got a busted one; but at least one of my cards wouldn’t let me go to a different floor when I was trying to go and see my friend who was staying in another room. I kept getting stuck going up and down between floors until someone nice would swipe their card for me and press the right floor button. It happened to me more than twice, even when I used the other card. I was pretty confused.
I got a berry smoothie, pancakes and fruit salad with yogurt for breakfast after my first night and it was lovely! Having breakfast in the late morning with the light coming through the window with the city view in the distance was wonderful.

AustraliaIt was $394 for a king room with breakfast. Parking was $46 a night. A lot in comparison to other sydney hotels however, the convenience of being close the Qudos was the perk. The elevators were temperamental and the cards a lot of the time require multiple swipes to work then you often have to help other guests who have the same issue. The room was basic. Mattress was comfortable, pillows lovely. However, I do stress, the room was very basic, only one little milk in fridge. The fridge was also dripping. The phone plug was faulty and the clip keeping it in actually doesn't click in. TV was also temperamental and remote frequently decided to not work. Size was good with plenty of spaces for luggage and desk area. Bathroom was clean and tidy.
Check in was a quick and simple process. Staff were attentive and helpful. The breakfast was fabulous. Check out was fast and easy.
