The breakfast was very poor both in selection of items and execution. The staff serving breakfast didn’t look approachable. We had to get breakfast from outside, it was that bad. Please don’t select breakfast included option in this property.

Carpet and paintwork tired. No reception on arrival - digitalised rear door access from car park & bar closed…felt inhospitable.

Heritage property - enjoyed the elegantly decorated high ceilinged room. Good linen and comfortable bed and accessible streaming media.. Good continental breakfast inc diy savoury croissant option & coffee machine .

Next time I'll book a room with a queen bed.

This boutique hotel was well appointed and in a great location. Everything was taken care of in the room presentation. Our room was a standard size with a large double bed, and a continental breakfast was included in our price. A good range of breakfast items were presented. Check-in instructions were completed via phone messaging. The instructions were very clear and there were no problems. Off-street parking is provided, and signage to rooms is clear.

I'm not sure if I could have turned the light off outside - balcony. I couldn't get the room totally dark - I was so tired though it didn't matter too much.

A lovely renovation of an old building. The room was lovely, high ceilings, comfortable and light. Great shower!! Very comfortable bed and lovely soft pillows. Wonderful simple and fresh breakfast. Lots of choices from cereal, muesli and yoghurt to croissants, toast and toasties too.

The Breakfast could have been a little bit more extensive (e.g. different cheese, ham, vegetables) but quality was good.

Amazing accommodation with stylish rooms in a beautiful historical building with modern touch. Own Parking next to the building. Close to City Center. Late check in possible because of keycodes for the rooms. Due to old building no elevators (but not a problem).

We couldn't open the window as it was sash but the sash cords were broken. Lack of personal touch, atmosphere. Bar not operating in high season?? Public rooms looked good but again lacking in comfort and atmosphere. Not a place you would gather with your family and relax. No hot options offered for breakfast, even at a supplement. Very little staff presence, it really felt like a motel but with hotel prices.

We always enjoy staying at the Riversleigh while away for work. Lovely comfortable beds, clean, quiet, great location and I really like the new renovations. I like that each room has a code rather than a key, too.
