The kids and I had a great time. Loved everything. Except!! Our room smelled strongly of urine. Perhaps it’s a weird cleaning chemical??…anyway, it was an awful smell, but we got used to it

Great location next to trams and a few restaurants. Room was perfect for a weeks stay with cooking facilities and washing machine

They only negative the TV was not a smart TV and the seating in the lounge area wasn't the most comfortable....but that very minor!!

after reading many reviews on this property I didn't have any high expectations but I have to say we encountered none of the negative things Staff were great check-in was easy the room was well equipped and clean Great location easy walk to tram stop Many great Restaurants close.

The toilet set was extremely loose and nearly falling off. A staff member knocked on my door and then entered as I was getting dressed. She obviously was there to clean but had not been informed that we had late check out.

Location was great for our needs as we had an event in Docklands. Apartment was spacious and clean. Complimentary 11am check out was appreciated.

there was not much I did not like.

I really liked the design and architecture . Great curved rooms, well designed, well equipped (we self catered). Loved the pool / spa / sauna / gym area. So beautifully designed & great facilities.

Turned up at 1pm to be told room not ready, that’s ok we will grab some lunch and come back at 2pm which is check in for most hotels I understand this , came back after 2pm to be told take a seat room still isn’t ready , by 3pm I headed back to reception asking politely is our room ready yet ? Man rang house cleaning and found a room for us that had been cleaned but if I had not approached the desk I’m sure we would still be sitting there ?? Just felt like it wasn’t a big deal

Dryer in bathroom with no vent is not ideal Balcony was disappointing as we couldn’t go out n sit there due to air conditioning fan being on balcony and taking up all the room and blows out extremely warm air that no one could go outside to sit Parking was very expensive on top of room fee

Not up to standards with cleaning in the bathroom. Bathroom was tiny, no bench top space and door opened into bathroom which covered this area to stand in front of mirror. Expected better for price Water leaking over entrance floor from water feature

Rooms booked as 2 queens and we received a queen and 2 twins. No housekeeping available after hours to assist with bed change and no offer of room change

Really stingy that there are no tissues. Accommodation was clean but not super clean in the bathroom, hate sharing the bathroom with other people's hair. Took quite a while to get checked in, one person on reception although there was someone else out the back who came out later after three of us had been waiting for some time.

Large two bedroom with balcony. Bigger than required but best price on the day. Good location and so handy to public transportation.

Needs some maintenance our bathroom towel holder broken carpet has stains getting a little tired felt lobby area a bit grubby cafe windows not clean
