Parking a tad expensive if you have a car, $30 a day but in saying that, have seen other hotels more expensive.

Booked a two night city stay at Playford for our 15th wedding Anniversary, in the Junior suite, got upgraded to a beautiful balcony room overlooking North tce, plus surprise wine and chocolate in our room. Room was gorgeous, clean and comfy, spa bath was Amazing (fit 2 people), bed clean and wonderful to sleep in. Fancy Coffee machine in room, beaut minibar, Robes, complimentary water, slippers and all working facilities. Just remember to shut balcony door and then your aircon will work. 😉 Gorgeous pool, spa and gym (open 24hours)and the sauna was so hot, pool towels and lockers provided. This place has thought of everything. Railway, casino, museums, library, Rundle mall close by. Continental breakfast and buffet breakfast offered from $32-$42, Lumo Cafe is a lovely place to sink a few cocktails or have a meal. We even stored our bags after checkout for free so we could enjoy the city a bit longer. All Staff friendly and amazing 👏 Thank you for a wonderful stay

They should create a bigger room service menu - perhaps include the restaurants' specials into 24/7 room service menu. Breakfast options is quiet small.

It's in the middle of the CBD. You can just walk 3-5mins to the main part of the city. I love the design in the room, it's modern. Swimming pool, sauna and spa is 24/7 - we used it every night!

The noise outside, but that wasn't anything anyone could control and we liked our window open.

The staff were friendly, helpful and always happy to.help! The bed was comfy and room was beautiful and had everything we needed and the pool and spa was clean.

Staff were very professional and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast banquet was wonderful, freshly squeezed juices, and great selection of breads, cereals , fresh fruit as well as eggs, and other accompaniments! 10 out 10, very internationally competitive on all fronts!

The pool area, I have balance and mobility issues so have to walk with a stick…..the fine slate tiles around the pool were extremely slippery when wet making it unsafe for me to use the pool….(I saw two children slip fortunately not hitting their heads)……ridged tiles around the pool edge would make it a lot safer

The location was awesome just across the road from the Adelaide Train Station and Gleneg tram walking distance to Adelaide Oval, Convention Centre, War Memorial and Rundle Mall

Nothing I can really think of. Oh maybe breakfast is a little expensive side. More than enough healthy selection of food you can choose from though.

Very friendly staff at the reception desk. I travel a lot for work in Australia. I had an exceptional welcoming by this staff. The location was perfect for my staying. Interior is somewhat better in photos but very well maintained and vibe was great.

Elegant, beautiful and classy. Staff were kind and helpful. Bar was great and food at Luna was done well. Rooms were absolutely cosy, there are other 5 star hotels that we’ve stayed and this one takes the cake. We will be recommending this hotel to others and will be our hotel to go to when we are in Adelaide!

Room was lovely and spacious. The breakfast was also good the following morning the bar and dining area is a nice comfy space to enjoy a drink or meal. We would have eaten at the resturant but did not get time this stay
