Our apartment could do with some maintenance eg. curtains in main living area, blinds in bedrooms have mold on them, some didn't work. Some kitchen cupboards need repair and/or adjustment. Mold in main shower area.

Pool was lovely with plenty of room. Gardens landscaped nicely

Sadly both lifts were out of order when we were checking out which made getting all our stuff from the 8th floor to the car a bit of a mission down the all the stairs. Staff were apologetic.

Great location. Room was lovely kids loved the swimming pool and BBQ area was clean and great to use.

Proper cleaning. A/c vent in living area had dust & mould. Kitchen splash back had oil splashes. Lint not removed from dryer. Master wash basin had white marks around it like toothpaste. A belt was left inside the extra bed which tells me it’s wasn’t cleaned after use. Ceiling fans stopped working very early part of the morning.

The dryer in our apartment didn't work, and the beds could be more comfortable.

The location was great, it was quiet and a pleasant environment. The balcony was a favourite.

These things wouldn't stop us from staying again, but we think are worth noting. The mattress on the main bed was ok but needs replacing. We had a trundle bed for our 5th person - it looked high quality but it was rock hard and our 5th person chose to sleep on the couch on the second night. We would opt for the 3 bedroom apartment next time. We had to take two cars. Our smaller one was in the car park, not sure our bigger car would have made it under. Plenty of parking options out on the street. Wifi was a bit hit and miss. Not a big issue outside of the cliffhanger football games that were on that night :)

The facilities were fantastic. We had limited time but enjoyed accessing the pool & gym. Would have used the sauna if time permitted. All areas we accessed were clean and well maintained. We didnt' use the BBQ area but it also looked well maintained. Property location was great. Lots of permanent residents so the complex was very quiet.

Just had an ant 🐜 problem not huge but noticeable and sofa needed a good steam clean a bit smelly.

Gym was lacking in equipment (pretty much zero free weights) and the hallways etc were stinking hot- felt like no air con was available. Very minor tings though

Location was great, apartment was spacious, wifi was fast and reliable. Pool and spa were good. Very clear directions of how to get to the apartment given the three buildings in the complex. After leaving my bags for the day to come back and find they’d already been taken to my room before checkin was a nice and unexpected touch

The TV remote didn’t work not being able to use the up or down arrow so we weren’t able to switch from “TV which didn’t have channels” to the Apple TV so pretty much TV was useless

When we arrived to apartment no reception was open and the phone agent/s we connected to failed to help and support us.. We eventually got the keys and able to access the apartment tho albeit was a longish wait.

The beds were extremely uncomfortable. And there wasn’t enough toilet paper for our family for the 8 days duration even with a service call.

I liked the pool, and the apartment was tidy and modern.

The parking was very confusing and took us a long time to locate the spot. There were only 2 keys to the apartment with 3 separate travellers. Main bathroom was a shower over the bath - not convenient for older visitors.

The apartment was roomy and had well appointed kitchen facilities. Pools were clean and quite large. Nice big balcony .

2 bed room apartment but only 1 bedroom has air-conditioner and the other bedroom room has no aircon or fan, therefore is stuffy. The apartment has a weird smell too.
