The shower didn’t work properly and was also only suitable to stand under properly if you were under about 5ft5 (we are not…) The bathroom and kitchen felt quite grotty with a lot of stains around and the sofa was bitty and felt really dirty. Generally, the apartment just needed to be refurbished as it just generally didn’t feel all that clean.

The views from the apartment were incredible over the marina. The staff were really helpful & friendly.

The apartments aren’t serviced throughout your stay unless you ask for it which is an extra charge. We stayed for 4 nights and would have been nice to get fresh towels but this was also an extra charge. Our apartment didn’t have any aircon in the bedroom just a fan and got very hot.

The apartments were okay, needed some refurbishments. Our aircon was leaking on our first night and we mentioned it to reception the next day who moved our rooms promptly. Staff was nice and helpful. The property is in a good location - 10-15 minute walk to the main part of Airlie beach and all the shops. Isn’t long but can be brutal on very hot days. Our room had a nice view of the bay but not as nice as it looks on the pictures

The descriptions of the rooms on offer could be more clear as to what you actually get plus the whole building and swimming pool area desperately needs an upgrade.

We didn’t like the first room offered but the staff very obligingly agreed to offer a different room that suited us better.

Staff were amazing but we stayed in unit 119 where the fridge was broken and the owner would not allow a repair man in to fix it. This was very disappointing as there was 7 of us staying there and we had just bought $500 of food. The wonderful staff supplied us with a bar fridge that night which helped get us through. They also offered to move us the next day but there were too many of us to up and move again. Beautiful place to stay dissatisfied with the owner

I did not like the location as it was just above a very busy roundabout and the noise of cars was constant. The pool was tiny, with no view and the spa was broken. The price they ask is too much for what they offer.

On entry there was a shared laundry with another unit, you needed to pass through this to your room, it had a terrible drain smell, so much so we would hold our breath until we entered our unit. Also, furnishings were oriented away from the view.

The entrance to the room smelt like poo. The layout of the rooms was annoying as the neighbour could hear our tv, even down low, and asked us to turn it off. Their bedroom was right next to our lounge room.

Door was difficult to open and you had to bang it shut and the toilet sea was loose. Minor issues.

The location was great, easy to walk everywhere. The ocean view was lovely and the apartment while not huge was very comfortable. It is a little dated but very clean, bed and sofa comfy, above bath shower but shower was good. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time. Because they are one bedroom apartments I don't think they get many children staying. Very handy if you're going on any of the ocean going excursions as just across the road from the Port of Airlie.

Had most things but needed to buy a few basics to improve our stay struggled with the the remote to turn on TV and a few light globes were out but someone came and fixed things once I asked

Love the position, love the views. Love that there is a kitchen and washing machine and dryer friendly staff. Good value for money. Would definitely stay again.
