Paying a lot of money for the stay and having to empty my own bins. No room servicing despite being there for 5 days. Covid has given hotels licence to provide a lesser service which to me is a money saving scheme which isn’t on.

Facilities are crazy good. Accom was excellent, everything you needed Staff very helpful and pleasant.

Staff were very nice and helpful. Not a fan of Time Share and they promoted this in a big way when booking in.

Loved the location and the room, was a little disappointed with our view of the reception area and carpark. Overall a nice relaxing break.

Breakfast was expensive and located a long way from our room. The allocated park space (103 up against a fence with a wall close behind) was near impossible to get my 4WD in and out.

The room was a great size, the balcony was excellent, fabulous view , great size showers and bathrooms aswell 😃 The staff at reception were AMAZING 🤩 super attentive, super friendly, and always happy 😃 So much wild life every where you turn , lizards , baby geckos at night on the balcony , kookaburras that fly up and sit on the balcony plus coy carp at the restaurant that you are aloud to feed 😃👌 On the Wednesday we were there they put out a speed of bbq and platters aswell as free drinks 😮🤩 Love this place

The resort was very spread out including tennis courts and restaurant.

Shower in both bathrooms had no door, floods the bathroom with water after a family has used.

The apartment was hit and miss with the cleaning - we had to clean up pasta sauce splatters from a previous guest's meal in the kitchen. But this was the only negative.

The location was perfect - 2 minutes from The Big Banana. The pool was great, and being so close to the beach was also a bonus - the little rainforest walk you take to get to the beach had loads of water dragons along it, and we loved the local kookaburra who came to visit our balcony every day. The beds were comfy, and the games room was great for the kids.

The staff could not do enough. They rearranged things for me to stay. I arrived late in the afternoon to find that another resort had booked my dates wrongly. I had to quickly find somewhere else to stay and Club Wyndham Estate staff very very obliging both on the phone and in person.

At times the staff were a little short with their answers when I asked some questions, however, at other times they were more than accomodating to assist with my inquiries or requests for assistance.

The location (5 minute drive to heart of Coffs Harbour), walking distance to the beach via the allocated paths, short 9 hole golf course that winded through the resort area and the facilities of the resort including great pool area for the kids.

Air con in the unit didn’t reach both main bedroom and second bedroom

Modern and clean facilities Full kitchen and laundry was required and we were glad with the layout of the unit from a functional perspective. I was so impressed with the phone call from the Hotel a week before our arrival, which set up the stay so well. Late check out was also well received.

The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment was spacious, spotless clean, well appointed, comfortable with plenty of lighting. It is close to the beach and surrounded by small forest with plenty of walking paths. The pool was heated to a perfect temperature and so was the spa. The coffee at the reception was very good.

Coffs harbour as a destination isnt very exciting and needs a bit of love. Luckily resorts are away from town centre. Wyndham was a great place for a get away from everything holiday.

Great resort with everything you need onsite. Beautiful pools and grounds to walk around. Restaurant was great. Room was modern with easy pool access. Beds were soon comfortable
