We had to change room because the first one was located next to the disco "Mill". The music was making noise until 3 a.m. so when you book the hotel write a note that the room has to be on the other side of the hotel from the disco. Please also underline that if you book a room with a balcony, it has to have a balcony. The mentioned room was without balcony but with a roof-view with air conditioners:(

The 'final' room was good. The pool nice. The beach is small and next to a hotel being renovated, so it was a bit noisy

Lack of pool towels. Kids in pool should be told the rules when necessary, ie no diving, horseplay etc. this is annoying to patrons who don’t have kids. Line for breakfast, numbers for people waiting ( some people were cutting the line) Overall this was a FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! Staff were great and the hotel id recommend to others! We’ll be back for sure.

The hotel is well located near Palm Beach with many restaurants within a five minute walk. The great breakfast and friendly staff gets your day off to a fantastic start.

While only a 5 minute walk to the beach, they do run out of beach chairs and there’s very few options that are covered if you wanted to get out of the sun for a little while.

This hotel was the perfect spot for our winter getaway! The rooms were cozy and a good size (but beware the shower is sort of out in the open of the room), the drinks and food on the site were good, and it’s about a 5 minute walk to the beach.

Not happy after a 5 hour flight that my room was not ready and we had to sit by the pool for 2 hours waiting I am a Marriott bonvoy gold member and I should have had a room available right away then they gave me the wrong room and had to wait another half hour for the correct room

Staff seem overwhelmed and should be better prepared during peak hours (check out, meal times, etc). There seemed to be preferential treatment for white, elderly customers.

Very good facilities and amenities, though the complimentary appetizer each day was pathetic - a complimentary brownie was 2x2 inches, dry, and took forever to be served.

Lots of mosquitoes. Housekeeping was gatekeeping the towels lol. Front desk (yulia) was a bit unpleasant at times but the rest of the staff made up for it.

Property grounds were really clean , beautiful pool and bar area. Really close to the Palm Beach restaurants, bars and shopping.

The bed was not as comfortable as I'd like. I woke up with back pain every morning. Not a fan of the shower either, open and water overflows to out of shower.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I'd like to give a shout out to Elriq who went above and beyond expectations when he retrieved my phone that fell between the wall and bench at the restaurant.

Marriott bought this existing hotel, but hasn’t bothered to upgrade or renew any technology. The first day we were stuck in the lift, there is no ac in the lift. Staff were quick to get us out, but it felt like you were in a sauna. The ac in our room didn’t cool and was making a racket. Even the technician said we should be moved to another room. Only after 3 request did they finally move us! That was 2 days of our five day holiday, not a nice start and not what we paid for. The beach…. Infront of a building site, shoved under some trees, doesn’t quite correlate with what is advertised.

The rooms were relatively big, had a room safe, bar fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Small balcony. All rooms can reach the pool, snack bar and restaurant easily. Only double story buildings, so not the huge hotel blocks, making it less congested, more open. Staff is pleasant, helpful and courteous.

Great location. I was warmly welcomed by staff (Rosalyn) upon my arrival - even brought me a cool beverage from the bar while I waited to check in. Room was ready and clean. Dinner at the pool bar was nice. Friendly bartender (Nelson).
