Breakfast to do poor handling for more guest with minimum items & staff

Breakfast the variety was there but i think they did not plan for more guest i think, so they run out easily. And refilling items was limitted & i asked omlet which the first staff almost forget. If you book non season time it will be good, but if season time please be ready that you might end up eating only bread and butter

At the time of checkin rooms were clean but next day onwards quality of room cleaning went down. The nail in the coffin was when we saw a bed bug on our last day morning. My observation is that this hotel has been receiving negative feedback related to cleanliness and service for quite sometime on booking.com but their management has not taken any corrective action. This is not a good sign for a brand like Ramada which does not take customer feedback seriously. We cannot blame the staff as they tried the best to provide better services within the budget provided to them for running the operations, but the senior management of Ramada who has decided to blind their eyes on the customer feedback and focus only on generating profits with poor service.

Hotel is situated at a great location with private access to Caspian Sea. We booked the sea view room and it was amazing experience. They offered specifically India menu which was good gesture specifically for an Indian family traveling with Kids. They had in house spa services which were provided at reasonable price for guests.

The heater, window and other stuffs are not up to the mark, there were gaps for the window so wind was coming and it's cold. The heater was not working proper the air was not hot enough to adjust the room temperature

The room I stay 302 need to be refurbished or need new furniture, overall atmosphere of the room is very old school with very old furniture. Also room service need to be improved, especially when they bring the food, they should cover dish and carry. However, the food is very tasty.

The staff of the hotel super professional and was always exceeding my needs. Especially, the lady name Aleksandra, who happens to be super professional and always were giving a good solutions for my complains or needs. I rate her 10 star ⭐️.

No housekeeping service at night. Housekeeping services were limited to day shift only

Customer service offered by the young team was beyond my expectation. Youngsters MR. Farid was really a customer service specialist equally supported by Mr. Rahib and another youngster in the day shift helped me out of the way to get someone to fix my car battery issue. Beach sight from the room was amazing. Room was good and breakfast was sumptuous.

Rooms are a little dated. Only one bedside light worked in the two of our rooms, and a couple of them had the wiring showing. Breakfast was okay when the hotel was busy but the last few days of our holiday when the hotel was quiet it was clear a lot of food was recycled from the day before. The same squashed pastries came out for several days, as did the eggy bread. The toilets around the pool were not cleaned every day, and there was no toilet roll. The biggest issue we had, however, was noise from other guests. There was only one night when we weren't disturbed from children running up and down the corridors at midnight and large noisy gatherings at 3am again in the corridors. Staff eventually moved them on, but it was almost every night. The last couple of days, we almost felt in the way as maintenance, stock taking at the bar and packing away the pool furniture started. This could have maybe waited until guests had left.

A nice hotel with friendly staff (not all staff spoke english but we were okay). Good pool and children's play area. Room air conditioning was fixed quickly. Location okay, about 15/20 minutes out of Baku, but taxis are cheap and easy to get. We took a trip to the mud volcanoes and used the hotel taxi. This was a good trip, and I would recommend it. We only ate once in the restaurant at the hotel, and it was only serving about 4 options from the menu and were told as it was towards the of the season they were buying in more ingredients. However, what we did have was nice.

in general, my room was cleaned ok, but 2 days out of 10 it was not cleaned at all, I had to complain to the front desk. Towels have some gray color and no smell of freshness.at times the air quality was poor, I understand that this is not dependent on the hotel, but at times you can smell carbon monoxide.

There are not enough umbrellas for all people on the beach, the breakfast is very poor, we couldn't find anything to eat, the photos of the room in the booking had large bathrooms, and upon arrival we got a room with a small bath, after reporting this at the reception, they made us 3 lemonades for a misunderstanding.

Nice hotel, although in some places it needs repairs, the staff was also decent enough, but slow, room was cleaning every day.
