Only a customer who has booked through Booking.com and stayed at the property in question can write a review. This allows us to verify that our reviews come from real guests like you. Who better to tell others about the free breakfast, friendly staff, or their comfortable room than someone who’s stayed at the property?
We want you to share your story, with both the good and the not-so-good. All we ask is that you follow a few simple guidelines.
We believe review contributions and property responses will highlight a wide range of opinions and experiences, which is critical in helping guests make informed decisions about where to stay.
Contributions to Booking.com are a reflection of the dedication of our guests and properties, so we treat them with the utmost respect.
Whether negative or positive, we'll post every comment in full and as quickly as possible, provided the guidelines are met. We'll also provide transparency over the status of submitted content.

We'll allow the contributions to speak for themselves, and we won’t be the judge of reality. Booking.com’s role is to be a feedback distributor for both guests and properties.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

눉I am unable to find anything that I did not like
눇I was delighted with the signage as the hotel was easy to find. The staff really helpful and friendly. Food at breakfast great.

눉Unable to find shallow water outside hotel, also air conditionong only fan blowing not cooling very uncomfortable sleeping at night. Location of my room facing wall not much day light.
눇I liked clean areas throughout hotel and friendly very helpfull staff.

눉breakfast average ( local standard) would have expected more fresh seasonal fruits & more creative variety bad breakfast coffee for free (real coffee/espresso charged separately) parasol and sunlounger not for free
눇This is our third vacation in Neum. Villa Nova turns out as best accommodation sofar for us due to following reasons: friendly and professional staff room equipment great view from terrace clean hotel location: nice pedestrian area in front of hotel private beach. Hotel stayed commited to agreed services and prices ( e.g parking, children ect.) You can see and feel that this hotel is well managed (not typical balkan style)

눉There was no beach. Only a stone wall with access to the water. Waiter in restaurant acted as if he were doing us a favor by serving us.

눇The Hotel has a perfect view on the sea. The bed a new and comfortabel. The stuff is helpful and nice. Dubrovnik the town of Game of Throns is 50min from Neum.

눇+ Very nice privated owned Hotel, Super friendly service + own and peaceful private beach + buffet breakfast was good (juice, coffee, bread, jogurt, omelettes, fruits, eggs, etc) + Good location if you want to travel to Peljesac wine region in Croatia or Mostar

눉price was a bit high comparing to others, this is my only negative comment, TV was not possible to watch from bad, all the rest was great.
눇breakfast was great, hotel is at coast with private beach, very kind personnel, great Swedish table dinner for only 10€, nice see view from room and balcony. Guests were of mixed ages and nationality.

눇In Villa Nova we felt like staying at a friends place, they were really accommodating and helpful with everything that we needed! The rooms were comfortable with a great view of the bay from our balcony with super comfy beds. Thoroughly recommend this accommodation to anyone :-) We will be back :-)

눉Horrendous limited parking space and very difficult access to/from hotel with narrow approach road, parked cars on road/pavement and heavy passing traffic. No hot water in the morning to shave. Wifi reception non-existent/ intermittent. Having to pay for sun lounger/parasol - for goodness sake, why can't minor cost items but important facilities be included in the hotel price?! It just irks customers and reflects poorly on the hotel as being miserly.

눉Buffet-style food - always difficult to get right, particularly when there is a large coach party to cater for. Would rather have paid more and seen what the cook could really do.
눇Very welcoming staff, hotel easy to find, very nice room with a large balcony and a beautiful 180 degree view, a great place to swim for people who could cope with the steps into the water, lovely terrace for eating. Very reasonably priced.
