Residents noisy at night and early morning in the kitchen - need to keep noise down but that’s not about the hostel it’s others not being respectful to other guests

Beds are really not comfy especially to get to bed. Pillows you feel like you almost sleep on the matress. Other than that, everything was great

It's a little bit weak wi-fi

The best hostel in Sarajevo, I think. It was my first trip to Bosnia and Herzegovina and I am glad that I have chosen this hotel. I advise you to book here. You will not regret it. Location is one of the best in Sarajevo, I didn't even want to go somewhere another place because right outside of my hostel, there were the most beautiful places. Beautiful staff. Thanks!

Nothing to dislike, just a suggestion. Just a microwave(maybe it was in the downstairs kitchen, tbh i didnt ask) and a rug or doormat outside the bathrooms. Thats it.

Everything. I booked it for 2 nights then extended it for 2 more nights. I didn't expect it to be this good! The location is perrrfect. All the major attractions restaurants and historical sites are within walking distance. Even for me who takes an elevator even going downstairs one floor lol. From airport you have buses and can cath trams. Or just €15-20It was very clean. Very decent room n beds. It may look different from outside but once you enter the actual hostel, you'd be surprised. The hostel also has lots of tid bits about WW1. The staff very friendly very helpful I'd like to mention Svetlana(hope I spelled it correctly) was so sweet and nice n friendly. She gave good recommendations for the restaurants bakeries and Mostar and also gave some history about Mostar. She's very knowledgeable and very good guide, if i must say. I would have extended for my full stay but the rooms were all booked. A huge group of girls booked it. This shows that women find it safe as well. I saw ladies travelling alone also staying in this hostel. Oh and they give you a big good quality towel. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sarajevo and I'd definitely stay there again.

Certain segments could be improved, it definitely needs certain refurbishment after 10 years of use, at least in smallest segments, like ledges of windows, windowpanes, bathroom doors, showers, etc.

My third stay here. Been there when they just opened it, 10 yrs ago. It is a bit worn out after 10 years of use but still the beds are alright. I would recommend. It is perfect for short stay. The staff is super-friendly. Luckily, you will not find people living here from obscure origin and countries, like in Zagreb or Belgrade, and it is enormous plus.

The bunk beds don't have curtains so privacy is slightly compromised. The ladder up to the upper bunk can be a little bit tough on your feet. But still, pretty good value for the money and experience.

The people and vibe here are great, and the location is awesome, within walking distance to everywhere. The hostel is located within an arguably old building but is designed pretty well. The common space on the first floor is pretty good and there were more rooms on the second floor.

Staff is super friendly and helpful, the position is excellent and they even give you one large towel for free, which I found very rare for hostels. Will definitely recommend!

Excelent hostel in the heart of Sarajevo! Has everything you need, bonus points very warm welcoming from receptionist and workes, and they are willing to help you with everything you need.
