The staff is so helpful! They are a team of young staff, who have tried to answer all of my questions through booking.com even before I went to Mostar, and they tried to offer me any trip advice. They asked me when I would be expected to arrive to try to help men have an early check-in, and also made sure I was well taken care of during my stay. I really appreciated their help and all their efforts to try to make my stay comfortable and memorable. It’s a small hotel with only 7 rooms but the staff told me they will add more rooms this year and have some remodeling of the dining area to offer more variety of breakfast to their guests, even though I think their breakfast is already good enough for me!

The hotel needs an elevator and the bathroom is in urgent need of repair and upgrade

Elma the receptionist was incredible and went out of her way to help with the luggage considering we were on the third floor and there was no elevator. She also arranged for a wonderful trip to see the sights around Mostar

Lovely decor. Great location just down the road from the old town. Can park next door for 10EUR per day. Staff very helpful and able to offer recommendations. Great room with sofa area and nice views. Tea and coffee facilities provided. Could sit up on the roof terrace and look out over Mostar at night. Fabulous breakfast.

Bathroom should be cleaner expecially shower. We even left the shower floor open for the maid to see, but it still didn't get cleaned. It's so black inside. The hotel needs small breakfast buffet fridge, small display case, with breakfast items..it would be more practical. Eggs can remain on order.

Receptionist Azemina was helpfull and polite. Because of the position this property will always do well

Maybe the bathroom needs more shelves so you can put your toiletries there. Also one more trowel for pair would be good to have.

Hotel was just outside the old town and for us it was perfect because we had to park the car. The price / quality is perfect. Breakfast was good and the staff super friendly and professional.

I was greeted like an old friend. they really cared that I was as comfortable as possible from the first minute of booking. yes, delicious breakfasts, beautiful rooms, a terrace overlooking the whole city - it’s really all wonderful. but the most priceless thing is the hospitality and friendliness that the staff of this hotel give you. They also helped me organize a trip to natural places around Mostar - it’s cheaper than tour operators and very convenient! Thank you, thanks to you, I want to return to Bosnia and Herzegovina again!

The location is in the heart of Old Town. We appreciate the staff to let us check in much earlier as the room is prepared and we love how big is the suite! We need to thanks the front staff, Elma for providing us all the info, arrange our private for tour around Mostar and the breakfast is amazing as well. Recommended if you’re coming to Mostar, bonus there is rooftop lounge on the top if the hotel. Great view of Old Town especially at night time.

The shower had poor pressure and the water was warm not hot. we were only there one night so i did not bring this up to staff. Overall very good for the price, comfortable and clean, don't expect luxury

Location is excellent. We parked on the street for free since we had croatian plates which apparently cannot be given a ticket. not sure what the situation is if you have bosnian plates. Lady at the front desk was helpful and sweet.

The staff is amazing, extremely helpful and gave us great restaurant recommendations. The family room is good size for 3 people, but small for 4 (but Lajla at the reception gave us another room free of charge since there was availability) The hotel is walking distance to the old town, and the perfect spot to stay to enjoy all that Mostar has to offer.

The hotel is walking distance to the old town. Clean and comfortable, the family room is good size for 3 people, but small for 4, so Lajla, the extremely friendly lady at the reception, gave us another room for the kids at no charge (since there was availability!).It made all the difference in our stay, it was perfect and we loved it. The hotel is perfect for enjoying beautiful Mostar, and the staff is super attentive and helpful.

Mold in the bathroom floor, the bathroom needs to be redone completely I am talking only about the room on the top floor -on tarace . No space for clothes in the room,but they are rebuilt the whole top of the house so I hope they will plan everything correctly.

Top room with the best view in a City I think. The terrace in front of the room is fantastic..

The parking was not clear. It is better to use the speacial parking place right next to the hotel and pay a fee. We were told that parking on the street was free for foreigners, but we got a ticket anyway.
