Concrete floors mean noise echoes around. Also a bit of street noise from partygoers at night but it is in city and not a major issue..just a few minutes here and there

The quiet corner it occupies. The beautiful furnishings and gentle light that soothed and relaxed you as soon as you entered and which is replicated in the room. So stylish and modern but warm and inviting. Super clean, not a mark anywhere, makes you feel you’re the first to stay. Laid back.

There is no door between the bedroom and toilet in the room. Might be uncomfortable for some guests. Also breakfast lacks fresh fruit cut in pieces. But overall experience is positive. We may return to this hotel

I loved sauna with a small pool with hydro massage. We stayed for 1 night and visited it twice. The room was cosy and nice. At the reception area there were hot chocolate, ice tee and croissants free of charge. Breakfast was good.

The breakfast was bad. The hot food was luke warm, the eggs overcooked and the meat and hashbrowns undercooked. There was hair on the cheese. Things got refilled very slowly. Not worth the 23 € and very disappointing. The room itself was a bit beaten up and there was a loud construction site next door that started construction very early.

The staff was friendly and the pool and sauna were a nice treat.

Very convenient location. (Was a little put off on approaching it down a side road with abandoned building site next door - but the hotel was lovely). Easy to walk to the centre or museums. Breakfast had a varied selection of choices. Room very comfortable with large bathroom. The pool was relaxing. Free drinks in reception as well as room facilities.

The bed is very comfortable. Big bathroom with separate toilet. The location is perfect, just e few minutes walk from everything around the center. Very quiet neighborhood. Wifi is good. We had a free bottle of water in the room upon arrival and free espresso capsules. Quick check-in. Polite staff Also, the hotel offers complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby along with croissants.

This was the smallest room although the most expensive room we stayed in during our time in Brussels. You can hear other people showering in the morning.

Really nice hotel in the heart of Brussels - very friendly front of house staff who were extremely helpful and made the stay really great. The hotel is decorated well and is very clean. The pool was lovely for a relaxing evening.

Ground floor could hear a bit of sound from the street but nothing major since it’s on a quiet street.

The hotel is super central, only a few minutes away from Brussels central station so it’s very convenient. We arrived slightly earlier than checkin time and were able to get the room sooner than expected. The bonus was super comfy and spacious bed, I had the best sleeps!

We were not shown the pool, which I might have wished to use. Room at street level, rather small, although bathroom was large. One large duvet for two people, rather than two singles.

Quiet location but easy to reach popular areas, eg. Bozar, Galeries, Grand Place if required. Free access to refreshments in the reception area. Mini bar with water.
