Location is superb. The beds were extremely comfortable. The only staff member we met was Veronique who could not have been more helpful. Really nice lady. Her freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast was divine.

Friendly and caring staff with perfect English, who saw to all our needs, including a Gluten Free breakfast. Comfortable and clean bedroom with lovely view of the garden. The hotel was in a perfect location, a few minutes walk from the Markt

Nothing at all, it was all fantastic!

This is a little gem of a hotel and we had three fabulous nights here. The location is perfectly placed - a short walk to the main square and all the sights within easy reach. The hotel is spotlessly clean and we were made to feel so welcome by Veronique- lots of advice on what to see and where to go in Bruges, and freshly squeezed orange juice to go alongside a very lovely breakfast buffet each morning. Our bedroom was bright, plenty of space and fab bathroom with all the necessities taken care of. Parking was easy, just around the corner from the hotel. Highly recommend this as a base for a city break in Bruges and we will be back!!

Wonderful and knowledgeable host. Gave us a fantastic overview of the city and was extremely useful to make our stay lovely. The mattresses were top notch. The breakfast was great. The garden was closed for renovation so we did not get to enjoy it but otherwise FANTASTIC!!!

Nothing really. We were very happy with all aspects of our stay.

Our room was very comfortable and quiet. Some people may find the steep stairs to be problematic but there is also a lift/elevator. Th staff/owner was really helpful and friendly and the location was perfect. We had a great stay!

The location was perfect for viewing Bruges on foot. We had a generous and informative welcome from our host. Such a tasteful, well presented hotel. Great breakfast options.

The owner was wonderful, incredibly friendly, and beyond helpful. Location to old town was perfect. Everything was very clean, the bedroom was small but quaint. The bathroom had a lovely shower, good water pressure, and great water temperature. Tea and coffee was available in room.

Lovely, very comfortable room! Veronique was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed, she went above and beyond. Perfect location, it was about a 5 minute walk from the square but tucked away nicely from the busy market.

Breakfast was adequate but perhaps could do with some variation. That said, Veronique was doing everything herself, and organised well.

Location perfect - couldn't get more central. Host extremely helpful and gave lots of recommendations for things to do etc. Great facilities and room was spotless. Good continental breakfast with varied options for vegans/vegetarians.

Nothing everything was excellent

This was one of the best hotels we ever stayed at. The owner is really helpful and friendly. I wish we stayed longer. I really liked the breakfast and most importantly the bed was comfy :) We went to see the Christmas markets and it was really close to it so we had a really good time.
