The gym is only in name. Unless you are interested in stretching on a mat and an exercise bike.

Good Hotel! The main advantage of the hotel is its location in the very center of the city. Everywhere nearby! There are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops next to the hotel. Good wifi and a nice view from the restaurant where breakfast is served.

The location is amazing and within walking distance from the train station. Huge room with a window I could open during the day. Breakfast is reasonable. Pack good ear plugs as it's noisy. I was prepared so no issues. I was provided an early check in which was appreciated.

The room was quite basic, But from the 6th floor it had nice views.

It is about an 8 minute walk from the train station. Even with a roller bag on the cobblestones it was easy. It is about a 5 minute walk to the Grand Place. There are many good restaurants just outside the door or around the corner. The location is excellent. Our very basic room on the 6th floor was small and adequate. No-frills. Breakfast was good with many choices.

The room smelt a bit musty and the carpet and walls needed refurbishment, the second floor hall also looked very shabby. The bedside lights had a buzzing noise.

It was very central and the room was a good size with a patio door for air The bathroom was very designed and clean The bed was comfortable. It is great to have breakfast included.

The loo was making noises and the bathroom smelled a bit wet.

I booked very late but was welcomed heartily. The room was clean and the bed was large as promised. The view from the window was STUNNING (on the grande place)!

Air conditioning in our rooms did not work so the nights were uncomfortably hot . We didn't sleep well because with the window open the kitchen / building ventilation units, outside our room, were very loud all night. The pillows were over stuffed and uncomfortable.

Breakfast was excellent and plenty to chose from. Dining area was clean and staff friendly and quick to tidy. Coffee was nice. Having a central area in reception was great to have for rendez vous. Rooms were comfortable and shower rooms clean. Reception staff were helpful. The hotel was well placed for our weekend visits.

It would have been nice to have some tea/coffee making facilities. The shower surround needs improvement. The movable door/screen only covered half the opening and the space was covered by a curtain which did not contain all the water.

The location is great, a few minutes walk from the Grand Place and other main tourist attractions. The room was very comfortable even though the decor was a little tired and faded. There were good luggage storage facilities and the reception staff were friendly and helpful

The only problem was with the taxi which did not stop in front of the hotel. Instructions on how to reach it were not very efficient.

The property was in a fantastic location, close to the Grand Place and Central station. The included breakfast was basic however hot the spot before I ran off to catch a train.

The breakfast range was a bit disappointing, the warming tray for the eggs was stone cold, and the milk was warm. The only other thing that was disappointing was that they didn't have Black teas for non-coffee drinkers, meanwhile every local cafe and other hotels have it without question! I let the reception staff know and they told me the company who put on breakfast would tell him to go away if he passed my feedback on. Get breakfast at one of the great cafes nearby instead.

The check-in process was smooth, the luggage facility was great, clean room and ensuite bathroom - very comfortable! Loved that the curtains has black out lining so the room was nice and dark at night. Amazing location, easy to find from Brussels Centraal Station and a very short walk to pretty much everywhere you'd want to go. I will definitely keep this place on the list for my next visit in Brussels.

The water didn't really get warm enough. Tepid shower. Maybe renovations upstairs affecting it.

The location is excellent in the heart of the city & close to bars & restaurants. The room was a bit dated but plenty of hanging space & shelving & it was clean. The bed was comfortable. WiFi was good & breakfast much improved since our last stay a few years back.

The stairway to nowhere was a bit weird. Probably open, but felt like the emergency exit. The breakfast area is clean, but lacks a little ambiance.

The location is amazing! Smack in the middle of Brussels city center. With the shopping center and landmarks round the corner. Room was very spacious.
