There wasn’t a lot is space to sit and relax outside of the bedroom. Our bath was very deep and difficult to get in and out of when showering. The shower head was very poor so there was very little power. Towels very very small

A very sweet boutique hotel in a quiet street within 5 minutes walk of the main square. Our room was small but comfortable and very nicely decorated. Lots of nice attention to details. We had a large bathroom but our companions in the next room had a very small one. The breakfast had plenty of choice and was very tasty. Almost of the staff were very nice and attentive.

Our travelling companions had a phone charger taken from their room. It wasn’t lost. It was taken. Not a great deal was done about this and it left us feeling disappointed about security at the hotel.

Great location easy to find. Near to main square. Quiet neighbourhood. Excellent breakfast. Gluten Free catered for. Nice quiet room. Handy to have a coffee machine. Comfy bed and a great shower. Good restaurants nearby.

There is nothing to dislike or complain about in this hotel .

The warm welcome from Nicole when we arrived set the tone for our stay in Hotel Biskajer . The staff were helpful, and friendly and well trained . The hotel is beautifully decorated with chic touches. We loved the extensive breakfast bar in the intimate dining room. The hotel is situated in a quiet street minutes from the main square and the bus stops almost outside the door to bring you to the train station .

Be careful if you are staying on the ground floor, room number 2. It has a strange architecture, it looks like half open (no ceiling, fake grass on the floor, it gets wet when it is raining)-half close patio. If you happen to think it is exterior and smoke there, the staff (lady next door) may enter your room without asking, blame you for smoking in the room even though you smoked at this open space, force you to show the stub, ask 6 times where are you from, implies you misbehave because you are not European and nobody taught you rules. Then she educates you about differences between being European and non-European in terms of following rules (There were no sign there or nobody warned us about not smoking at this open area). And of course it ruined all the positive sides of the hotel. The rest of the staff (young ladies on the reception) were very kind and helping. I sent a message to the hotel right after what happened. They responded me next day apologizing after our check-out. This is a kind behaviour but the anger outburst of this lady affected our all mood for the rest our trip to Bruge, so I wanted to mention.

Hotel is very close, nicely decorated, smells good, the room was large enough. Location was perfect.
