We have stayed before and love the pool and sauna. The breakfast is excellent. The room was very comfortable and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. A great stay and we would return.

I really cannot complain. Maybe breakfast could be served an hour later. I think it finished 10am and with my sleep issues 11am would have been nicer

We stayed on the dates between 8th Monday - 12th Friday April The 2 men that were behind the bar that week were very kind and made us feel welcome. They were such nice men and deserve to be known that they made the stay 10x better. Its a shame I cant remember their names. Also. The waitress at breakfast - again I cannot remember her name (maybe Casandra?) She was young with dark skin and definately worked on the Wednesday and Friday breakfast service. She was very nice and had good conversation. We had a nice joke about how the english loved saying cheers! Most people not from England dont realise cheers means thank you so she was clever and her english was good.

Parking in the hotel car park is very tight and at 25 euros per day, is 10 euros per day more expensive than the underground car park which is located 1 minute away, with plenty of EV charging points, which is where we parked

The staff were excellent (especially in the jazz bar)! The rooms were excellent for what I required. Convenience regarding location from the station and amenities very good! Breakfast was also very good! An all round excellent experience! Thank you! PS I really enjoyed the jazz bar theme!

Only a small thing, we requested twin beds when booking but got a double. This was fine though. Also the pool was a bit cold for me, but my mum found it great!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful, the room was great and bed was very comfortable. The Happy Mother's Day note left for my mum was a lovely touch!

The breakfast was excellent, we had a lovely, nice and clean room. The ambiance of the hotel is really nice, quite and very comfortable. It is really nearby the city center - Markt (300 meters).

size of room and bathroom, reception area, selection at breakfast was exceptional, lovely pool and gym , very central located , lovely linen on the bed and coffee machine

The room lacked a coffee maker (I saw into a larger rooms which had a nespresso, so feel short changed!), and the beds are not the most comfortable. Breakfast is very expensive.

The small pool and sauna are a real bonus. The bedrooms are well appointed, and the bathroom and shower great.

Since it is an old building, the way to the room was a bit complicated and long, otherwise nothing to complain about.

The shower glass wall didn't extend far enough out and so water would get everywhere when I would shower. Wish there was a fan in the bathroom for better ventilation.

Location was perfect, and right near everything - including some great food. The room smelled nice, and had good lighting and enough outlets, and desk space. The water pressure was amazing!! One of the best I've had.

Historic building in the centre. Noticed the free shuttle from train station passes by. Hotel has small heated pool which was nice. Staff, especially the two bar men were most friendly and informative.
