No hairdryer in room, limited supply at reception No kettle/coffee tea in room. Breakfast could not be booked together with the room. Breakfast was very expensive.

Bathroom was very open, couldn't even close a door when going to the toilet. No window to open, only a climate system. Some fresh air would have been nice.

Room had no kettle or coffee making facilities, room had no hair dryer. Had to get limited sets from the reception. Could not include breakfast in the room booking. Breakfast was expensive.

Bed was comfortable and the aircon was good. Room was clean. Water heater worked very well. Hotel staff were friendly.

I think the breakfast was overpriced, I enjoyed it but I don't think it was worth 25 euros (it was a simple continental buffet). I didn't notice until the day of departure that the spa was only open from Thursday to Sunday, hopefully I was able to move my reservation last minute.

I enjoyed the room, bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. The spa was amazing (i was alone most of the time) I recommend to pay the extra entrance to enjoy it!

Only downside would be options for dinner in the neighbourhood especially on a Monday night!

Design room was nice but central lighting and a/c was quirky. Very nice bathroom. Dust in the closet and dust nets visible behind the TV. Breakfast at 20euro is overpriced due to cheap cheese and meat. Pancake machine was a nice bonus. Drinks were to be taken by yourself but pricing was for a service not self-service. Nice TV, we didn't take a look in the spa but the pool had very little shade. Good location.

The hotel is basically dead, and would not even be a 3 star. Drinks on the bar are super expensive and you basically have to serve yourself. Reception doesn’t look very welcoming. And rooms are like bunker, with toilet that is basically exposed with no cover up, you basically have to share your pooping moment to whoever is with you at room. The lights are horrible and theres no way dimming. My room is rather dull and sad, and I book a design room that has no design at all.

The hotel shows 4 star awarded but for the services provided maybe it could fit the 2 stars. Room:- They are absolutely not good! The bed was uncomfortable, the toilet has no door and there was no screen on the shower so when you shower the toilet get a lake. The forniture were all battled and ruined made with a kind of hard cardboard, not surely a 4 stars looking for a “Design room”! There was no minibar in the room or a bottle of water, definitely not in line with 4 stars hotel services! No plugs near the bed to plug your phone to charge, only one far away near the entrance in all the room!! The room gave to us was absolutely filthy!!! The shower had lots of mould and stained, it was like never been cleaned properly. The toilet used rain water to flush but it was crusty yellow like never been clean in one month… Under the tv there was an extension lead super full of plugs that was no safe at all. Easily could generate a fire, not in line with safety standard, it was like a nuclear plant! Breakfast:- Absolutely to avoid!!! Nothing cooked, only a boiled egg. Surely not a 4 star breakfast!!! If you go to McDonald you can enjoy a much better breakfast!!! Overall the services provided are not in line with a 4 stars hotel!!! This hotel it’s a frode!!! All dirty, also common areas!

.The standard of the hotel was poor the pictures on booking .com Web site must have been taken 25 years ago .., the attitude of the owner was terrible . If anyone needs a lesson in customer service its the owner . He was rude , arrogant , and dressed like a plumber .... his services as a plumber may be better than his performance as hotel manageras that was 1 star . I strongly suggest you give this hotel a miss .. value for money is nil , It is certainly far from a 4 star hotel . Avoid. When the owner starts shouting and telling you you will never get a refund and you can say what you like on reviews as he does not care , followed by English people just complain to get money back . I You have to question what you have booked .

The bathroom was totally open with no privacy at all. Also the shower did not have a glass to stop water from splashing everywhere.

The lack of bathroom privacy was a slight concern to some. Cars were 'keyed' outside overnight - understand the security camera was not working.

Excellent breakfast, allowed to take bikes to rooms, great bar, great showers. people liked the spa too. Overall design popular too.
