One cooking pan was not suitable for the plate.

Very relaxed and nice accommodation. Very quiet, and friendly reception and restaurant personnel.

2 persons bedroom was quite small and very simple! The convertible sofa turned out to be bigger than me and my wife’s beds together, so our son did not complain. Bathroom could use an upgrade, especially the shower.

Location was great, nice domain. A lot of opportunities for families with kids. We were there for the nature and do some hiking. The restaurant was very good, we first went looking in the neighbourhood for something to eat, but in the end ended up in the domains’ restaurant and it was surprisingly good. So we ate there the next day as well.

It needs wifi. The kitchen is still very basic and needs a table top oven. The beds are not great either. Getting a taxi at a reasonable price is almost impossible.

We've been here many times. Each year things improve a little and this year we had proper shower and the chalet had generally been upgraded to a good standard.

The bedsheets didn't look ok (dark color, so I couldn't see if they were clean), no towels (we had from a few with us from home). Anyway price/quality was great.

The place is great (nature: forest, river, waterfall not far away), many possibilities for kids activities, the apartament was comfortable, had everything in the kitchen (pots, plates, cutlery, glasses, even a wine opener, coffee maker). There is a pool, a restaurant and a bar. A lot of parking place and a charger for electrical cars). Reception staff was friendly.

The house! The stairs are very steep and there is no toilet upstairs. For grandparents and small children it is not only difficult but extremely treacherous going to the toilet at night. In addition the bungalow was not clean. And finally the restaurant and the reception areas were more closed than open.

Location and facilities are good. There is also plenty to do in the area.

Nice location near Spa Francorchamps racing circuit. Near small town of Trois Ponts where you can find shops and restaurants. Also near towns of Stavelot and Malmedy which are historical places of Dwcember 1944 fights. Very quiet, nice river flowing by side of the facilites.

The property is as expected from the review score; there is only the minimum provided, so remember to take soap, tea towels, dishwashing liquid, hairdryer etc. as this is not provided. The cleanliness is not great, but not so bad either. Take note of the opening times for the small grocery shop, they are pretty limited.

This is our second stay at this property. We were unlucky with the weather unfortunately, but were able to find an indoor pool in the nearby town for the kids, so we were ok. The rain did not stop us from taking walks in the woods, which was a highlight of our trip! The reception offers for you to order bread and pastries the day before for the next morning, which is a nice touch. We have great memories from our holiday, and are happy to have come back a second time :)

First bungalow was not cleaned at all. We received another one. But the shower was falling apart, no oven like mentioned on booking.com. Inside everything was of cheap making. Bungalows are from private people who are renting it via the domaine long pre. So other bungalows might be more modern and in batter condition. Do not go into the 404 or the 406.

Location is great. Staff friendly. Lots todo around in the aera.

The person at the reception clearly had a bad day (which can happen). The bedlinnen was wet in the package and the accomodation smelled very funny upon arrival (damp? mold?). Also there was a brandnew microwave in the box sitting on the kitchen counter. We didn't know what to do with it? Were we suppose to take it out of the box and replace the old one ourselves? Did we win a prize? We just put it in the cubbard in the hall.

The location of the parc is beautifull, our accomodation was very nicely situation close to the water. The parc has many facilities and is very dog friendly. If you don't like dogs or are scared of dogs it might not be the best place to go to.

My room wasnt very clean on arrival. There were alot of children handprints on the windows and balcony door, cooker was oily and stinky and the toilet was not flushed. Towels and bedsheets are not provided, wifi not available in the apartment.

That's my second stay on this park. Great location, and facilities around the park. I liked the swimming pool and a coffee bar next to it. But probably I won't book it again.

It would be good if a shop would open a bit earlier e.g. from 8 o’clock for people to have a chance to grab something for breakfast. Cafe should probably serve coffee in the mornings as well (not only after 2pm).

Disappointed to find bar/restaurant closed on second evening - Sunday. No facilities at all. And site shop had no bread in morning.

Very convenient for Spa Francorchamps circuit. Enjoyed food and drink in site restaurant on first evening - Saturday.

the entrence door was not closing properly, the lamp fell by itself from the ceiling and broke (without being touched) but the personal was kind and wanted to help.
