Because there is no elevator, and because I called to them to them to leave my bags for some hours one day before my check-in, and the lady said no, but later, the guy replied on booking saying that I could leave my stuff there.

They close the kitchen (on the ground floor) quite early (10pm). The room was so dark, the lighting insufficient. The location is quite far from the city centre.

Towels were not included in the price. Towels cost 1.50 euros each for a bath towel. The man with the curly hair on the bar was not friendly, quite abrupt. Best to ignore someone like that but does not portray a good image of the hostel. The road up to the hostel was hilly and with cobblestones, not great for moving luggage. The footpaths were in a bad state so you had to watch your footing otherwise you could break an ankle. There was only one toaster for the whole hostel and it was broken.

The location was about 20 minutes walking to the central station. The area felt safe at night. We had room 16 on the ground floor which was suitable for someone with disabilities. The room had two single beds (like a bunk bed size) and a walk in shower. There is a great luggage storage room downstairs but remember to bring a lock to secure your items. Breakfast was adequate and plentiful and food was being replenished when stocks went down. The breakfast room was well maintained.

Amazing place to stay. Staff was very friendly and supportive. Easy access to any place and very comfy. They gave a good breakfast. It was nice to have more collection and different menu for each day on breakfast. Lovely place to stay.

We arrived late in the evening and were welcomed by the great and very friendly Alex. He put on some great music, gave us some great Belgian beer and the ambience in the bar at the entrance was amazing and relaxing.

Fix some of the lockers in the rooms.

The location and general atmosphere made the place feel like home. As hostels go, it was very clean and nice to be in. I would highly recommend for others and will myself definitely come back.

Nothing - I had a good time

It was a good experience - the hostel is well located, making it easy to plan your activities in town. I cannot comment regarding the security of the location as I didn't leave the place during the night. The structure is good, the beds were comfort enough to allow me to have a good rest after in the two days of my staying. The space is clean and the breakfast was simple, but it had everything I needed to start my day.

Just one bathroom for 8 people was so difficult in the morning wait and take a shower and sometimes someone was inside and another waiting . There weren't shared bathrooms outside, just some toilets in the first floor but we were in the third one. And not elevator ,if you go with baggage you have to think about the stairs.
