The location was, honestly, quite poor. Probably worth the money, but not really a great district, although it is 15-20 min from the city centre by tram, so it wasn't that big of a deal.

Our communication with the staff was really pleasant. When we checked in the girl at the reception found a room with both a hot tub and a double bed for us, while usually it's a choice between two. We also skipped cleaning one day and it wasn't a problem to ask to change towels at the reception. A large TV with netflix was also great. Breakfast was quite simple at first glance, but there was actually plenty to choose from, I have nothing to complain about.

The stairs are narrow, curved and lit by a switch that was not immediately obvious. There is no space at the foot of the stairs and the door opens immediately onto them. It’s not their fault that the building is configured like this but the lift is very small so this gives limited access. Tricky for people with mobility issues.

The prices seem a bit high for the places and services, especially considering the timing of the visit. The location is not near the center of Brussels, but with a 5-minute walk to the bus/tram, you can reach the center within 20 minutes.

Breakfast, room, and bathtubs—everything met expectations. In addition to playing games in the lobby, they offered us a Mac for check-in. The staff was friendly.

Its relatively close to the Midi train station. Had we done more research in advance, we would've stayed closer to the city center. Restaurants are quite limited in this area.

Location is not in a tourist area, it is far to walk by foot to the city centre or EU quarter, but there is tram and bus close. Midi train station and subway 15-20 minutes of walking. Also, I wouldn't walk there by night honestly, there isn't much people and the streets are rather narrow. Breakfast is ok, but I would have liked hot food also, such as scrambled eggs or sausages. Some rooms have the bed frame with the pillow area close to the door and you can feel it a bit windy at night (the air coming through the small opening under the door). I recommend the hotel to put a textile protection at the door in these rooms. They are available in furniture stores.

The staff at the reception desk is what I most liked about this hotel. Super kind and helpful. Some of the best I ever found. The room was clean. The water pressure in the shower very good. There are very nice and useful leaflets near the reception desk. You have a chess board in the reception area, if you like to play chess.

They started doing repairs on a room at around 9am on my final day at the hotel and the noise woke me up.

The room was clean and the staff were lovely. When I noticed a problem with the room they gave me a new one immediately. They offered vegan milk at breakfast and I liked that they had a kettle in the room.
