There’s no elevator and the stairs are pretty narrow. Just keep that in mind in case you are traveling with large luggage. Besides from that everything was great.

The place is literally in the center if Brugge! You won’t have to take a taxi or metro for all the main attractions, location is definitely a 10/10. And the hotel is in a building right next to a great hot chocolate place!

Had no lift, so you had to carry suitcases up tiny stair. Check In was a little more complicated due to reception not being on desk all the time but easy enough to contact them to come and check-in

Windows didn’t keep out street noise or the cold, room was very basic (but perfectly acceptable for the price). Very steep windy staircase might pose some people a problem.

Great location in city centre. Staff very friendly and all spoke excellent English (Flemish is not my strongest language). Breakfast was very good - fruit salad, yogurt and granola, big plate of breads and pastries and selection of cheese and meats plus offer of an egg.

Room was really basic and double bed was actually big single bed which hardly fitted 2 person. There was almost not hangers for cloats. Hotel have very narrow and steep stairs.

Honestly nothing. Perhaps the stairs are a bit steep, but even so I was offered to have my luggage carried to the room so not even that.

It’s a cute b&b style on an amazing location. It was a super comfortable stay, great bed, super friendly staff and in my case I had no issues whatsoever with wi fi, I could even watch Netflix on my phone. Special thanks for making my stay extra nice as I started my trip having my phone stolen at brussels on the way, I later was approached by the owner with a chocolate to improve my day :) it’s the little things that make these local stays the best.

Great location to explore Brugge. Check-in was from the Chocolate Shop / Cafe next door, which was a new experience for us. The room was small but comfy.

There was nothing we didn't like, but a couple of things that could make it better - some milk to go with the tea and coffee - more sockets or an adaptor so can charge phone and have the light on

Very clean room, thoroughly cleaned and tidied everyday. Bed really comfortable. Great shower with loads of hot water. Room at back was quiet with no external noise. Tea and coffee refreshed every day. Amazing location, right in the middle of the old city, so just round the corner from literally everything you want to see

No air conditioning. That's ok. Wish I would've known that there was a fan in the closet in advance. Searched for one in the middle of the night and when found, I slept amazing. Other than that, no complaints at all!

Spiral stairs to my room on first floor. Tee we o full flights of narrow spiral stairs. This is expected of hotels in Europe.

In center of town, walk to shops, eats, museums. Staff are friendly, room is very clean. It's next to chocolate shop with credential. Breakfast included, plenty of baked goods, coffee, egg, deli.

Hotel wasn't bad, but it is old - so expect to have to carry your luggage up flights of stairs. Rooms are tiny, so not much room for opening luggage. Not a problem if you travel light, but we were on a few week's holiday from Australia with heavy bags. Hotel was expensive for what it is, but that is the case with all accommodation in Bruges.

Excellent location if you're looking to stay overnight in Bruges. Room was basic but clean. Staff were helpful (but sometimes hard to find).
