I went for the sauna one evening, but when I turned up in the SPA area the sauna was closed/out of service. The reception was not informed about this situation when I asked.

Charging for extra nescafe pods in rooms is quite a cheap thing to do. The bed was very soft and uncomfortable. No charging ports for mobile phones. Temperature of pool cold for winter

There are a number of elevators that take you to various parts of the hotel, few of which are connected. For example, one elevator takes you up to ground level from the car park, but you must then go outside and back in through another entrance to get to the lobby. You cannot go straight from the car park OR the ground floor elevator to your room floor, even though you CAN go down from the lobby and your room floor. Some rooms are accessible from the fitness center, others aren't. I'm sure there are good reasons for all of this, but the end result is confusing and inconvenient, particularly when some of the elevators are out of order.

The pool was excellent - clean, roomy, and worth the extra price. The wifi connection was fast, easy to use, and the coverage was great.

I traveled with my partner and we booked a double room and when we got their the bed consisted of two twin beds pushed together. They could have put a double mattress topper on top so we could actually sleep next to each other. The interior of the room was very outdated.

The sauna wasn't working which was the whole reason for booking this hotel. Then they tried charging us extra for using there pool area briefly.

There is an entrance cost for using gym and pool, better include this cost as well on the booking page. This way, no one needs to figure it out by their front desk.

All was very good. There was nothing we didn't like.

A curtain in the bath to take a shower..... They should change that.

Location is top !!! Staff are friendly. Breakfast is great, anything you want is on the buffet. The room was spacious and very clean. The bar was great to stay in with perfect bartender.

No invoice received via email and many problems to get the invoice and data right (although data was provided with booking.com). Many startup problems due to inexperienced staff to get to the swimming pool

We came with 2 heavy suitcases. Lady at the reception sent us to wrong elevator. Did not even apologize when we returnied still carrying those suitcase. Let alone somebody would help us. Overall service is less than it used to be. Lazy management ?

Great location for those who want easy access to the train station. Feels secure in what is a busy area. Plenty of options for food. Peaceful and good aircon (we were during the heatwave). Hassle free check in and check out.

The pool is an additional fee, but not worth it at all. The water was quite cold and there were no warm showers or other wellness facilities. You get an extra towel which was quite small and no bathrobe. In the room they change all towels every day whether you hang them or not. They also throw away whatever they consider to be trash, so be careful if you want to reuse a plastic bottle or cup: hide it well! No sockets next to the bed. Bedsheets were thin and quite short.

Great location, friendly staff and nice room. Pleasantly surprised by the coffee machine that's in the room although it's not great for making tea. Plenty of storage space in the room. Comfy bed.

Cleanliness of room was not up to high standard, being a business class room. Room carpet needs a good cleaning, as its all stained and noticed that floor bathroom tiles near toilet are all stained with past wee drops, also behind toilet seat. Bathroom door looked like someone splashed water or something else and still was noticeable, meaning that bathroom door was not even wiped let alone disinfected. Wall socket not fixed well on wall. For the rest all was clean.

Location is PERFECT, staff very helpful and professional. Extended checkout for free.
