We had to pay for the garage parking this year (18€ per day). Breakfast had lots of choice but expensive.

The hotel is spacious and clean. Staff are friendly.

When I made reservations I wanted without breakfast, the choice represented was "breakfast 21E" or "breakfast included", naturaly I chose the first, turns out, both had breakfast included, I feel manipulated. Then at checkout I had to pay 66E extra 12 for tax and 54 parking, it was for three days parking because I reserved 3 nights, due to circomstance I only stayed 2 nights, payed for three wich is oke but why 3 full parking days? I arrived at 2200 and left at 1400 so less than 2 day park but full 3 day pay, rip off.

Awful depressing location. No fault of hotel!

Outstanding staff. Reception team very helpful and managed my need for a warmer room efficiently and kindle. Breakfast team so welcoming and warm. My dog was particularly welcomed with staff bringing him daily treats.

21€ for breakfast is just an insane ask for any place, especially because people go to Ibis as a budget friendly option! The location was okay, just the city was ugly and under serviced for a touristic area

only 1 receptionist ! on a fully booked long weekend!! the waiting time is AWFUL. also, the only receptionist serves as barman. impossible to get a beer !! so bad. also my bedsheet had a tear. looked old and worn out.

Gym opens at 10:00. Indoor pool the same. This is very bad as it was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. Parking fee 15 euro per day that is a bit steep. 21 euros for Breakfast. High, but ok, not outrageous. Gym and pool should be open at 0700 or 0800 the latest, especially for business travelers

Staff were not always friendly especially at evening meal time- possibly due to a language barrier.

Food from the small menu. Apart from the Pizzas everything was microwaved which unfortunately left me with a case of food poisoning on the last night. I understand that it is budget and the food is not supposed to michelin star, but better checking (making sure chicken is completely heated) needs to be in order.

When returning from going out, the underground parking was full. I had to park my car somewhere near the waterside on the other side of the main road.

Room was fine. Some noise in the night by people talking outdoors. Breakfast was fine too. Choice a bit limited but quality excellent, so I'm fine with that.
