My first allocated room was at the end of the corridor and smaller than the others. A generator noise next door kept me awake all night. The hairdryer did not work. I explained this at reception and requested a change of room as the price I had paid did not yet match the experience. I was moved without any problems to a room giving onto the other non-street side which was larger and very quiet. My luggage was kept safe with the concierge during the day of the move. There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Very central to every amenities, restaurants, train and metro stations and a taxi rank. The hotel is clean. The check in and out process fast and friendly. The breakfast is varied, continental as well as English with plenty of choices. The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows.

I didn't like how I was treated when checked out and how the invoicing was handled. I provided all the invoicing info on a piece of paper when I arrived, yet the invoice had mistakes in the address, and the guy at the reception tried to blame me for it and never offered to provide a reviewed invoice. I found this rude.

Everything was fine really. Good breakfast, convenient location, comfortable bed and room.

Non tea/coffee making facilities in room, bed not very comfortable - sheet covered mattress topper on top of exposed stained mattress. Very small room.

Great location being short walk from Grand Place and cafes, bars and restaurants, obliging staff provided extra pillows promptly, good breakfast included and also bar open downstairs for late evening drinks.

Behind the was a small square was where people gathered so could be noisy. We were not disturbed as we slept well as we were tired from exploring!

Ideal location for transport links near to Central Station and the Metro. made it easy to explore the the city. Only five minutes walk away from the Grand Place. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The location was perfect, close enough to get by on foot. The hotel was some what clean, cleaners always cleaning the snowy floor etc. The staff during check-in was extremely helpful and welcoming. Recieved a gift for birthday celebration

The location was better than I could ever imagine. The Train station was within a short walking distance, so there is no need to use any other transportation means to reach the central square when you reach Brussels Airport.
