We reserved 2 rooms. While one room had a good bathroom, the other was outdated and uncomfortable, with a broken light socket. Lights had to remain on during the night for kids safety. In both rooms, limited sockets and malfunctioning lights decreased comfort and convenience

Our one-night stay at the hotel was comfortable overall, thanks to friendly staff and a prime location. The rooms were equipped with a good heating system.

The location is just unbelievable. The room was clean and large but it is a very old building, our room had a “built in bathroom” worked fine but it was weird, it was a plastic bathroom that was put inside the room. I mean the location makes it okay to come back and stay in here, I definitely would :) but it is a very old building so prepare yourself .

Building is old and not well insulated, so it gets cold quickly. Radiators are provided and can be cranked up, but it might take a bit to get to a comfortable temperature.

It was kind of rundown, though that was expected for how cheap it was.

It was in the center of everything, had an elevator, and it was cheap. Loved that the windows opened because the heater was set really high and I couldn’t figure out how to lower the temperature. Staff were nice and the room was safe.

Because of the size it took some time to heat it up. I wish the staff did that before I came. Also the corridors of this hotels look a bit worn out, but the rooms are wonderful. Some rooms also might be a bit loud because of the nightlife.

Location is perfect, I got a suite at the attic and it was really spacious. The interior of the room and the old round windows with stained glass is definitely instagrammable ;-) All the facilities are there and if you don't want a hotel breakfast - you can always go to any caffe within the 15 minute walking radius.

Room was a bit cold, there are heaters. Walls of room very thin, you will hear everything. Saying this, I would have no problems staying there again as it’s an amazing location for the price.

The beds were very soft, but that’s more a personal preference. The rooms need and overall refurb but it’s still a pleasant stay for a night or 2.

The hotel called me several times before my arrival asking me to provide my credit card details directly to them (I did it during the booking process on booking.com, but they were saying that booking.com doesn't provide them with this info ).

The hotel is right in the center, perfect location if you want to explore the city. Room was clean, bed is comfortable

There was a sign in the kitchen that said if we didn't do the dishes, there would be a fifteen euro charge. First, I think that is poor service; second, there wasn't a kitchen towel; third, should subsequent guests trust the cleaning ability and thoroughness of the previous guest?

Phenomenal location with access to restaurants, bars, and the beautiful and historic city center of Bruges. The room will do--certainly not fancy--but the location makes up for it.

Lift not working. had to climb with luggage

location is very close to Christmas market square may less than 200 m. Bus stop to go to railway station is 5 mins walk. very cozy and small room . clean, neat. I could see church towers and adjoining roofs from my room. Reception staff is very helpful and gave some good tips to go around. They booked the taxi for me next day early morning; which did not turn up (ofcourse not their fault). Over all good small hotel. worth the money paid. very suitable for boat rides and visiting Christmas market

We asked for twins bed (hotel asked once we booked). When checking in, the staff told us that twin beds were set up for us but somehow we were still given a double bed. The room stank of cigarettes. Very loud until early hours of the morning due to the pub and guess coming in late. Also very cold when we first arrived but the radiator did warm the room up eventually.

Great location. Couldn’t have been closer to the town centre! Staff let us use a luggage room which was very helpful.
