The person next door was a bit noisy but not too bad.

This is a good value place to stay in the Belgian countryside but on the edge of Wavre so you can walk to the bakery. The room is comfortable and clean and the kitchenette useful. It's a lovely old farm with attractive buildings.

The rooms look a little tired, but the owner is aware of this and has great plans, so this would not stop us coming again.

Within walking distance of the town, but a feeling of being in the middle of nowhere. Wonderfully quiet. Easy to find & park. Very friendly & helpful owner, full of vision for the place. Good, local selection at breakfast. It was great to have a kitchenette, shared with another room.

There was no drop curb at the drive entrance which when crossing over could damage the car .

We booked La Ferme de l'Hosté because it is near of Walibi and Aqualibi. And because it is not in the middle of a city but in the middle of nature. The rooms are kept simple, no decoration, but that is exactly what you need with children. The breakfast is amazing. A lot of bio and regional products, but the best is all the things that they produce themselves: bread, jam, etc. Too good. We can only recommand this!!!

Location great and nice outdoor area (both private and shared) to relax or play games they have in reception. Friendly and helpful staff. Newly refurbished, clean apartment with astounding ceiling and ceiling height.

Noisy, the noise of the corridor was like noise in the bedroom itself, as the doors where normal interior doors. No amenities like soap. The property itself missed the cosiness: such as a nice outside dining/breakfast area for instance.

The room was divided in two (+bathroom) but it was not possible to close the dividing door because it hit the bed.

The room was nice and cozy. It is very quiet apart from the singing of birds in the morning which I really liked and the best thing is that they let us arrive later than 8pm.

The location was great, very quiet and a bit outside of the town. The rooms were small but nice and clean and the hosts were very friendly and helpful. It was possible to use the garden at any time, which is a great place for kids to play.

No real negatives. I could hear my neighbour talking during the evening. If you would have noisy neighbours this could be an issue but that wasn't the case.

Friendly reception, a cosy, comfortable and quiet room, everything I was looking for. I like they have an offering for one person as well. There was a kitchenette to be shared between two rooms. Good breakfast. Good value for money.

Accommodation was very basic, dated and rough around the edges compared to others similar properties we have stayed in around that price in Belgium. There were a few things broken in the room. The fuse box in kitchen was completely melted which was concerning. The shower was held together with glue and a cork. The kitchen tap was completely loose.

Other visitors slamming the doors early in the morning. I think this issue cn be easily solved by putting up notes to hold the doors to prevent them to slam or to have a silencing device on the doors so they don t slam

excellent location, very convenient for me to visit my mum in Grez Doiceau while my family house is rented out, readily available public transport except on Sunday as there are hardly any buses to Grez Doiceau (the 23 has only three schedules on that day)

I have no idea....It was honestly in all points exceeding my expectations. It was just super simple, convenient yet delightful. No other place can be compared in terms of quality

This was just heavenly, above and beyond. Excellent location , super close and straight forward from the train station of Basse Wavre. Very close to the Bus 23 that would take me right to the care home where my mum is. Breakfast was superb because of essentially local produce
