Waking up in the morning was a bit cold.

The decoration of the room, and in general the whole house is beautiful. We went at the end of November and the decoration was with Xmas style so that added a very cozy vibe to the building. Nevertheless the decoration of the room itself is very original with nature/forest motifs, antique furniture and warm colors. The location is fantastic for hiking with several beautiful routes (we went to Reinhard castle)

Delightful cosy room in a house full of character, all decked up for Christmas. Very friendly owners and helpful staff, and excellent breakfast. Very nice location, which sadly we didn’t have time to explore.

Very nice and welcoming staff. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the area is really quiet. We loved the cute breakfast buffet!

We should have checked the directions as we drove straight past - there wasn't any signage for Maison Geron at the entrance. The coffee lounge was quirky - couldn't work out how to make a coffee! so we had tea. Unusual small bath was novel but quite impractical. Would have been nice to be offered a top up of tea/coffee at breakfast.

Beautiful location, setting & property - atmospheric, enchanting. Our room was very pretty & highly decorated. Spacious & comfortable. Gorgeous fragrant quality toiletries. Quiet. Breakfast was very good - it even smelled delicious. The succulent ham was most enjoyable. Parking good. Lovely gardens/outside areas. Sumptuous soft bathrobe. Again, it was BEAUTIFUL!

Located on the outskirts of Malmady off the main road. Very picturesque setting, a small b& b in the grounds of a larger hostelry. Very quaint decor.

The old mansion was really beautiful. The room was very attractive. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was delicious and excellent dinner, great value. Highly recommend this place.

The only hot drink making facility was on ground floor - our room was at the top of the building. Early morning tea was an interesting experience!

Lovely hotel, Interesting and quaint. Nicely furnished and comfortable. Restaurant is comfortable and smart/ casual. Good dinner and breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Easy parking on site. Quiet setting, nice views, but very accessible from the road and town centre.

We got a bit stressed when coming to the property so late but I think that it was a bit of miscommunication with the host since we managed to work it out in the end.

We’ve stayed in Maison Geron during the race weekend in Spa. The room was very homey and the house was very beautiful with lots of space to relax, for example in the living room. Breakfast was delicious and the hosts let us check in very late, which is very much appreciated.

lt took some minutes to store our luggage before check in (we were early) because there is no separate reception for the dependance villa Maison Geron. but it was solved.

We were really late because my motorcycle broke down, I am terribly sorry for the inconvenience but the staff was very understanding.

The staff is incredibly accommodating and friendly. The rooms are spacious and have all amenities, there is even a coffee corner for the first morning espresso available. Breakfast is lovely.

Hot water was not always hot. We reported it, but it wasn't really fixed.

I've visited quite a number of locations that score 9 or higher on Booking,com. That usually means you can expect something quite exceptional, so expectations were high :). In this case they were not completely met. The room was OK and nicely decorated but price quality wise certainly not a 9. Breakfast in the nearby hostellerie was quite good and if you are looking for a great dinner, this is also your place to be.
