You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThe property wasn’t clean enough. The property at the time of booking had in the room description air conditioning mentioned but there was none. On raising was informed I didn’t book any but I did send a screenshot of the details. No luck, no fan either. We kept the window open otherwise it’s suffocating but window is a fire escape that means anyone can climb into the room from there. No toiletries or soaps provided.
The location of this property was quite close to central station. The checking instructions were good. The bed was comfortable and all the furnitures were good.

United KingdomAs there is no reception there is no extra option to left the luggage at the place while you're looking at the city, so be sure you find a place around for the money. We had a TV in the room but doesn't seem was working. We wanted to ask the management about it, tried to email them, message on booking or whatsapp but no answer. We got a message the day after on the booking app that looked like an automatic response generated from an AI but not an answer or mention to the previous message. Not really the great experience ever but for one night was ok.

Malaysiano wifi, horrible customer service… doesn’t do what they promise, difficult to get to speak to someone, and when you do, they cut you off. the room has ZERO ventilation. no heater, so since it’s middle of winter, we were freezing at night as the big windows covered with ice. imagine how hot it will be in summer… only one small rubbish bin in toilet and no extra bin liner. they don’t clean until checkout, so bring your rubbish with you each time you go out

TurkeyTv did not work properly, Wifi couldn’t work from the room and had to go to the door to have some signal. In the pictures, there was a bath tub but in the room it was a shower and there was not any amenities like soap except one shower/shampoo thing in the shower. Because it was holiday season, we paid 100€ per night and it definitely didn’t worth it.
The location, it was near the center and main attractions. The host sent a message next day and asked how our stay was going. the check in was easy, all we had to do was getting the keys from the locker box.

PortugalSadly the wifi was working at all in the whole stay at the hotel. The staff is unpleasant and useless. They hanged out on me the three times I called because we needed to work one or two days which we could not because there wslas no Wi-Fi at all. There was water coming from the AC and was making a lot of water on the floor that we had continuosly cleaning with only one floor towel they left us. Reported it as well but no one came and cared about it. The room is cute but not confortable at all. You enter the room trought the bathroom. I don't know if this was a design thing but it is not useful and comfortable at all. The bathtub is not necessary and the glass covering the tub was moving outward making the water go to the floor. The bed position was bad since there was not enough space in one side for the other person to wake up. It is a nice concept but really not useful.
The location was great. Really in the center and all at walking distance. I liked the room simplicity and the bed was confortable. The AC and heating were working very good.
