The problem here is not perse about the hotel but about my whole accommodation experience from booking to the end. The biggest problem of mine was that I got treated like a Ryanair customer that I got bombarded with purchase packages messages since I clicked to reserve the accommodation. Every day, almost, I was getting messages buy this do that we have this we have the other. I tried to opt out but without any luck, then I asked them to stop plus some questions I had. No answer, messages were keep coming in the meantime. Two days before the booking dates, they texted me that I MUST check in my stay, which is fine. In this landing page I visited it was clearly mentioned, bed preferences are not guaranteed and it is per availability. Of course when I booked I asked for double bed and this info was nowhere. Then there was a fee mentioned, about something around 8.5 euros. Never understood what is that. I tried to ask them but without any problem. Also about the checking time, the landing page was stating if you come earlier than 15.00 you will pay. This is exactly what I did at 13.00 I was there, and didn't pay anything. What if though someone would be more rules oriented and they would wonder around the city with their luggages. That is not nice from a hotel with this price range, neither the location which MIDI is considered one of the worst areas in Brussels (although I didn't face any problem).

I liked the bed. It was extremely comfortable and cozy. In general the room was very clean and had everything that you could need. Table was reasonable size for if you wanted yiu could work, nice TV that you can Chromecast whatevrr you wanted to see. Very good

Keep in mind this is not in the City Centre - walking back at night (after subway was closed) took around 30 minutes and the region around the hotel is slightly eerie at night. Also, a bit expensive for what it is.

Location is right outside Midi Station, which was what we were specifically looking for. Room was very clean and spacious.

The bar service was slow.

The room was spacious, well appointed and stylish. The bathroom had a good space and walk-in shower. There was little noise and so we had a relaxed stay. The location was excellent just opposite the main entrance to Brussel-Zuid railway station.

There was an imprint of a hand on the entrance door (door not wiped properly) ... But the price was very reasonable this time, so overall - had an excellent stay.

I always like coming back to this hotel. Quiet, comfortable rooms, lots of desk space for work; a bar if one wants a quick snack.

The breakfast had plenty of options but didn’t include sausages, bacon (day 2), or individual yogurt pots (only bowls of plain or plain Greek). The outside courtyard needed some attention.

Staff were very helpful, they arranged extra pillows, found where we wanted to go on a map and looked after our bags on last day.

There was some noise because there is a hotel bar downstairs and smokers go outside. But that was the only thing that can be better. Everything else was very good.

The location was great. We were leaving for London the next day and it's absolutely perfect for that. There is a little shop downstairs, consisting of a vending machine and you can order drinks at the bar.

The breakfast isn't good and not worth it. The dishes and cups smelt bad in the breakfast area.

The rooms are big,it's in front of metro station so you can go anywhere so easy and the location is great and close to everything.

The pressure of the shower was not the best and we had to wait a while for the water to turn to hot, but otherwise everything was great.

The hotel was clean and the room was pretty spacious. The same for the bathroom. The staff was always nice. The location is great when you travel from the airport or you want to visit other cities by train. Complimentary water, coffee and tea in the room is a nice touch.
