The worst water pressure I've ever seen in my life! To be honest, I think they closed the water during the night or something. The water simply wouldn't come out of the shower head! It would also take a long time to get hot and it wouldn't stay the same temperature. The shower support was broken, so I had to hold the shower head. They've put me in the 5th floor, which barely had light in the hall, and was not accessible by lift. I had to climb the stairs from the 4th floor. ALL THE AMENITIES ADVERTISED WERE NOT AVAILABLE IN THE ROOM. So, no hair drier, no kettle, no cooker, the TV didn't work, the closet was old and broken. The windows had no curtains. The bed sheets were full of hairs.

Asked to check in earlier and then said it was fine. Arrived at 2:20 and they said the room wasn’t ready and I had to wait. Fine by me. Said 20 mins but I was in the lobby for 50 mins before they even said anything to me. They were playing football in the office. Toilet wasn’t working either. It was on a constant flush for over 9 hours.

Our reservation was not registered, but it was OK because they gave us a bigger studio. Not all the kitchen utilities are available, but provided if you request them. Tv was broken and was not replaced during the whole stay. Not very close to the city centre but can be reached in 25min walk. Needs some maintenance

The receptionist was nice and helpful. The surroundings were not good, trash everywhere and it looked like a dangerous area to be. We did not feel safe at night on the surroundings. It wasn't provided a blow dryer like it said on the reservation and body wash was only a really small one considering we were four. The bathroom smelled like sewage and not very clean. Too hot inside.

As you see from the other comments, the hotel is pretty horrible (the window was kept closed with scotch tape!). But it was nice because we appreciated the efforts in making it discomfortable.

Shower room was so stinky i could vomit within 2 minutes, i had to keep the shower room completely closed n door sealed with the towels. So as not to die out of the odour. Needless to say was unusable Window had no locking mechanism to shut it down at night as it was held together by tapes and even they gave up. So room was cold though the oil heater worked but not good enough. For the bucks we are paying from a standard hotel we atleast expect some toiletteries but they provided none except for one roll of toilet paper. BIG THX atleast for giving that. Finally i dont understand why would they keep tv in room if we cant use it..

Room is very spacious, well located in city with good 0ublic transport connectivity, safe place, neatly cleanly maintained toilet, room and bed. Courteous staff. Nice place if not for three things i ve noted below.

When we arrived the lights didn't work (this did get sorted out right away). The floor tiles were broken, the bathroom door didn't close, the shower door didn't close, nowhere to hang the showerhead, the tv didn't work, there was a single duvet for a double bed (supplemented by a blanket, but still pretty strange). The handle fell off the door, the window was covered with paper (?).

The room was large and clean, the bed was fine with good pillows. The staff was very nice and helpful. There was a microwave, fridge and kettle in the room, all in good working order. Room temperature was fine. The water was hot, and even though the bottle was tiny, there was a body wash/shampoo provided. Neutral point: the water pressure was extremely low, but since we were on the 5th floor, I don't hold that against the hotel.

I had an extremely unpleasant stay at the hotel. The room was dirty, with unclean linen and a lingering odor. The staff was unhelpful, and the amenities were substandard. The overall atmosphere was unwelcoming, creating a regrettable experience. It falls significantly below the expected standard of hospitality. I recommend improvements in cleanliness, service, and overall maintenance to enhance the guest experience.

We booked the property two months earlier for three nights. When we arrived there at 9:30pm they said that we could only stay for two nights due to reconstuction on sunday. They didn’t apologize or anything. We had to look for another place to stay for 1night.

Please don’t stay in this hotel, it is dangerous!!! There is awful dirtiness and there wasn’t the water in the room and when we make a claim, “The boss” of this hotel and person from the staff, they insulted us, touched with violance and throw iron item in my face!!!!!! We were hurry to get in the taxi, i don’t know what happened to us!!! The place also is a very dangerous!!

The room was very poor and not in a good shape. Some lamps were missing a lightbulb when I arrived. I needed to wait an hour, but at least the personnel could help. Biggest issue was that later turned out, that one lamp javing a motion sensor was not working properly. It was turning on during the night without any reason. The personnel at least tried to help, but they could not solve the issue, ir was very unconvinient.

The staff was helpful when I contacted them with the problems in the room. The room seemed more or less clean and also the bed linien.
